I would say user functionality is the best thing about CoStar since it has an easy UI. It is also easy to setup security groups and define which modules you;d like the group to have access to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Probably the security aspect in that it is a bit difficult to understand which modules control what at first. Also the inability to add a user to an 'inactive' primary group is a huge dislike. In a shared environment, the invoicing feature needs significant improvement. The prior balance is consistently incorrect, so I can’t rely on CoStar to bill my 150+ subtenants accurately.
