Some of the lease layout is formatted in such a way that it is hard to read (ex. Lease Clauses - It runs together visually with no distinction between the clauses and where to find the info in the Lease). And the Contact format needs a major overhaul as it doesn't make sense. Not being able to see the expense description without opening the notes section. I like the ease of using data and accessing documents in CoStar Real Estate Manager. Being able to copy lines from previous entries and the ease of deleting incorrectly entered data is very practical. I also appreciate the daily access to documents and previously inputted data, which makes it easier to verify and copy for performing the necessary analyses for my work.
