The frequency of use makes a user more friendly with the software and better customer support guide one to go smoothly with any type of operation on it. **What do you dislike about Cost-OS?** No big drawback for this software but it lacks somewhere when we try to integrate it with some other software of same kind. **What problems is Cost-OS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows user to import data from excel and customize the summary and markups. Real time collaboration with the ability to work remotely.
