I dislike a recent update that does not let you preview reports. Instead, it opens reports in a new window which makes them a hassle for viewing. When changes are made in the back end it sometimes messes other things up, they usually get fixed pretty quickly. Its just a trend I have noticed that is a bit frustrating.

Currently, my main complaint would be that I wish that when you tagged colleagues in tasks and they receive an email notification that there was an option to click on a link in the email that would take you directly to the task in the software for follow-up. I have used a couple of law practice management software and, clearly, none is as robust, comprehensive, and user-friendly as Cosmolex.
