Onedrive linkup makes working together simple and uploading documents is a snap. **What do you dislike about CosmoLex?** Would love an option to mark files with color coding so we could see at a glance which files are holding etc... It can also be tricky to get Cosmolex to link to the correct folder in Onedrive. I'd also like it if we could sort documents when in the Matters tab. **What problems is CosmoLex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration of our Accounting software has made it much easier to access accounting information for clients. Editing time and invoices is also much easier. The ability to upload templates and have them populated with information already in Cosmolex. **What do you dislike about CosmoLex?** I have note run into any particular dislikes. **Recommendations to others considering CosmoLex:** Cosmolex is a great program, however, if you are moving from an existing legal accounting software be mindful of the migration of one to the other. It's a great tool. If a client does not download an invoice you can contact them to see if you are sending it to the correct place. **What do you dislike about CosmoLex?** No forgiveness when entering costs. If you enter 10 FedEx invoices to be paid on a credit card and find a mistake you have to delete the entire entry and start over. **What problems is CosmoLex solving and how is that benefiting you?** As our firm is not a small law firm, we are no longer using the program. We have moved on to another cloud-based program. As stated above Cosmolex is a great program for 1-2 attorneys. Interest only accrues annually, not monthly, it would be much better if we could do it monthly. **What problems is CosmoLex solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easy to use, as everyone has access to it. It makes it easy to record and bill all time used.
