Because of the many features it's taking me time to learn how to use CoSchedule for my needs. I've had some difficulty understanding some of the terminology. What drew me to try CoSchedule was that it was a work management tool designed with marketers in mind. I found a lot of other project/work management tools had to be severely modified to cater to the needs of a marketing team. It seamlessly syncs will all your typically marketing tools - WordPress, Facebook, YouTube, Google Analytics,Mailchimp,Buffer, Slack, etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There was one instance where we inexplicably lost a bunch of projects tied to WordPress. It was extremely frustrating to have to manually go back in and re-add them all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The calendar feature is unique to coschedule and makes it easy to organize projects across the marketing team. The google doc integration is useful. And the project layout makes it easy to see what is due and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coschedule can be very hard to use and organize. The company should definitely invest in web developers/designers. Oftentimes I find projects go missing and notifications can be hard to find. It isn't possible to click and open a project in a new tab and if someone writes something in a task it doesn't have a notification. Furthermore, the process automation needs work. I have used other project management programs, and at this point I'd recommend those over coschedule. In a few years, I think coschedule will be great though. CoSchedule allows me to batch schedule our social media at the same time we batch our blog posts, increasing our efficiency and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a visual person, seeing everything in a full month view is amazing! We also love that if we have to change the date of a project, the tasks associated with the project get updated automatically. It is amazing to see everything in one place, yet the ability to toggle views to niche down to a specific view based on our selections Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I would say I don't like is the fact a social campaign has to be tied to a blog article. We can't have a social campaign tied to a link or not have any association at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the email notifications that are linked to the twitter account sometimes come through days late/ are sent over and over again so I end up just ignoring them. Although a nuisance its not a huge issue as I regularly check the twitter account independantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
