What do you like best about CoSchedule Social Calendar?

I love their scheduling posts feature for social media - I oversee over 20 different social media accounts, and CoSchedule makes it so easy to post quality content at the right time. They have a feature that scores each post you make and shows you how to improve, and they use analytics to make sure each post gets sent at the best time for its page. What do you dislike about CoSchedule Social Calendar?

The only thing I don't really like is small, but the calendar view is a little annoying. They only show you a month at a time, but it's not a calendar month - my current view is Oct 17 - Nov 13 - and you can't easily scroll from month to month. You have to click back through the weeks, and it reloads your entire calendar each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoSchedule Social Calendar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before CoSchedule, I had to post to each social media account individually. Now I can schedule everything in advance, know that it's going to post at the best time and collect analytics on all pages really quickly. It's color-coded, so I can easily see which tasks are for which projects and the whole team is included, so they can see upcoming tasks. It's helped us be more proactive with our marketing plan. I love that I'm able to schedule social posts for multiple platforms. It saves so much time by cutting out the copy/paste. I LOVE the helpers and templates. Everything about CoSchedule makes my life easier. I also love that my whole team can collaborate, and we can divide the tasks amongst the group with reminders on the home page. Doesn't post automatically to Instagram unless I connect another program and can't upload more than 4 photos to a social post. Not as simple for Pinterest scheduling as other programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoSchedule Social Calendar?

CoSchedule is the best project management service I have used. The application is very easy to navigate and use, and the project rules and integrations make it a breeze to create and manage projects. Our team is looking forward to having an easily navigatable digital asset management platform, being able to pull project progress reports directly from CoSchedule for leadership, and the ability to assign tasks to guest users outside of our team for reviews and approvals. It has proven to ease some of the burden of project management in a short amount of time and is sure to increase our productivity in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoSchedule Social Calendar?

Sadly, the Constant Contact integration does not work super well; however, I believe this is mostly due to issues with Constant Contact, not CoSchedule. Constant Contact is reliably fickle, and it happens to be the only major issue we have encountered with CoSchedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team was spending a good chunk of time each week creating a report for leadership detailing the progress on all of our projects; I am sure other Marketers can recognize this is a timely process. With CoSchedule, we will soon be able to click a few buttons and populate a detailed project progress report in next to no time. It is also difficult to keep up with emails of edits, input, and approvals from stakeholders; CoSchedule almost completely solves this problem with the usage of guest users, to whom you are able to assign review and approval tasks. Lastly, CoSchedule's project and task organization is phenomenal. It has become so easy to view all tasks assigned and all projects within a campaign. Considering I only use the calendar, the tool is (perhaps) a little pricey for me. But, having operated without it, I still choose to keep using it and paying for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are a solo-preneur, CoSchedule is still worth the money, in my opinion. The calendaring function alone is worth the cost. And, the reports are excellent as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoSchedule Social Calendar solving and how is that benefiting you?

I publish multiple articles a day (we're a news and commentary site). If I had to manually do social media posts for each one, I'd go crazy.

Also, since we are publishing on Ghost, I cannot use the social media plugins I was used to on Wordpress. CoSchedule's ability to create social media posts via an RSS feed was a life-saver for me in terms of time saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
