I found it difficult to keep track of what platforms had posts scheduled on a specific date when there are a lot of posts scheduled. We colour-coded our posts for each platform but I wish there was an easy way to filter them. Also colour coding by platform meant we couldn't colour code by campaign. Once we fine-tuned our usage to a specific aspect of marketing communications -- in our case for outbound email marketing -- this tool proved to be very useful and provided some built-in integrations with our email platform that helps save time for the marketing team. What I like best about CoSchedule is how easy it is to automate repetitive tasks, full processes, and our social media posts. Our team has saved so much time having both socials and team tasks in one program so we don't have to look two places at once. It takes a LOT of work to set up all your processes in it, but that's true with any task/workflow management program. It also can get pretty busy on our social calendar (we have 4 LinkedIn profiles, 2 Facebook profiles, and 1 Instagram) but the separate social posts view helps with that.
