Would love a way to integrate our site blog posting into this somehow to have a complete approval process all in coschedule. But visibility is the most important. CoSchedule is a great tool for small business owners who need to stay organized and collaborate with their team. So much so that I actually am now working with my team on Coschedule as we look to roll out for our full company use! This gives our team the ability to work together easily. Management gets oversight into all marketing currently planned on the calendar. This gives the oversight they need but with view only you can rest assured management won't be messing with your content and calendar! Great for both! Coworkers can jump in and make notes, collaborate on content, approve pending content or ask for an edit. This keeps us out of the back and forth and keeps us streamlined. Since we started using CoSchedule, we never have to worry about whether or not we have any content scheduled to go out. CoSchedule makes it easy to plan and collaborate on all of our marketing tasks, so we always have everything under control. If you're looking for an easy way to organize your marketing efforts, I highly recommend CoSchedule. With Coschedule you can even use features like requeue where it will take your old content and update it to the date you choose. I always felt so stretched. Jumping back and forth between apps and updated my team. This forced me to do things like saving a bookmark of 10 tabs that I would open just when scheduling content. No more! With Coschedule I can use 1 tab and see everything in one place! No more sharing multiple softwares and calendars with the team for learning and approval processes! The most helpful aspect of the CoSchedule Marketing Calendar is exporting the data as a PDF. This feature allows you to share the social content to other members of the marketing team. The least helpful thing about the CoSchedule Marketing Calander is that you cannot view the calendar in many different/valuable ways. Recommendations to others considering CoSchedule Social Calendar: A few of my recommendations include the ability to tag posts, post from Pinterest, and have an analytics tab that is an overall dashboard. Tagging posts will allow users to view all posts of a certain type. Posting from Pinterest will be a useful tool in being sure that all social media platforms are supported. It seems like our social media integrations break fairly frequently, it happens to only one at a time, but it seems to occur every 2 months or so. Whenever that happens, any scheduled social posts for that outlet fail and an admin needs to go into the settings and re-enter our account credentials to allow cross-posting from CoSchdule to resume. I found CoSchedule to be a very intuitive platform and easy to use. I was replacing a previous marketing calendar that was no longer going to be supported. CoSchedule had the same look, feel, and functionality which we were familiar with and suited all our needs. I love that CoSchedule integrates with other platforms I already use, such as Hubspot which hosts our blog site and that I can publish directly to social media sites. It also allows for me to have a non-editable linked calendar to post on our intranet so that internal associates can see what marketing is doing to support lead generation and retention programs. I also appreciate that I can create posts and have them held for regulatory approval before publishing right within the system. Notification of tasks completion aid in project management. The color coding and categorization of projects helps to make it easy for others to understand what we are doing at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CoSchedule Social Calendar? The only drawback I have is that altough we have the capability to post to Instagram on CoSchedule - I did need to invest in a separate platform that allows me to add specific links to content on instagram. I like that I can see the posts in my overall marketing calendar on co-scheule thanks to the integration with my social sites after they have been published, it would be nice if this platform was one of CoSchedules integrations. Also - I do not use any of the email clients that CoSchedule integrates with and sadly it doesn't have an integration with Marketo, which is where we do our marketing emails as it does with HubSpot. We just needed to replace a marketing calendar but were impressed by the fact that we could publish directly to our social sites with CoSchedule and eliminate the cost of another platform used to manage that function. Integration with HubSpot has also benefited us as we have a much broader view of our marketing efforts and content to share with internal associates. Recently, we have discovered that we can add our regulatory manager as a user to have her review social posts and approve them before publication right in the platform - this has saved unnecessary steps in the process.
