**What do you like best about CoSchedule Marketing Suite?**

The platform is easy to use, and that's about it.

**What do you dislike about CoSchedule Marketing Suite?**

The platform is outdated and offers only the most basic social media management features. There’s no link-shortening option, and it doesn’t allow per-platform image editing within the app.

Customer support has been incredibly disappointing. I requested to cancel our subscription on May 13, well before the annual renewal reminder, and even provided proof that we didn’t want to renew. 

Despite multiple follow-ups to cancel our subscription and repeated requests for a refund, I was told we’d have to wait another year. My recent emails have since been ignored, and there’s no option to cancel directly within the app.

While the platform is cheaper than Sprout Social, it doesn’t perform nearly as well. If you want a better-performing tool at an (actual) unbelievable price, I highly recommend trying Vistasocial.

It was a cheaper solution for the time being, but ultimately we found something that was a fourth of the cost.

Nothing really. We were excited about the calendar functionality but that didn't end up being enough to get my team on board with adopting it.

**What do you dislike about CoSchedule Marketing Suite?**

Outdated UX, no real support for onboarding, nickels-and-dimes you for advanced features, weak integrations. After attempting to use it, I can't figure out why anyone would choose this over Asana, Monday, or ClickUp. 

When I asked them to meet me in the middle on our billing since we never got value out of the service, they were unwilling to budge.

**What problems is CoSchedule Marketing Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None really. We never adopted it because it was too clunky and didn't fit in the flow of our work. We switched to Asana and love it.

The integration with wordpress' dashboard and the ability to schedule and customize social posts all in one place made coschedule a very impressive and useful tool.

**What do you dislike about CoSchedule Marketing Suite?**

Coschedule has constantly nickeled and dimed its customers to where it is now price gouging for convenience. In the last 6 months, they have botched their API with META, and refuse to support Twitter. I guess they have beef with Elon HA! My question to customer service was why. I received a scripted answer and poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Customer service never gives answers to why things do not work. Facebook would not post for a month. I demanded a break on the monthly fee and they refused.  There are a lot of freemium and other options just as effective and now integrate with the WP dashboard. Sure would be nice if they would fire whoever makes these stupid decisions to tank a company with a former good product.

They are not solving anything anymore. They nuked our entire workflow.

CoSchedule provides a number of features, from a drag-and-drop calendar to a chat system where you can tag your teammates in projects. It allows you to create a list of tasks per campaign or project, and you can tag the appropriate employees to ensure a project is completed. You can also attach photos, files, and other assets to the project to keep everything in one place.

I love that I am able to plan my posts ahead of time so that I can move on and not worry about if I have something planned to post 2 days from now or 4 days from now. I also love the ease of moving things around in case something comes up that needs to be added to my schedule.

**What do you dislike about CoSchedule Marketing Suite?**

One thing I wish I did have was the option to use Saved Views. My company has one of the smaller options, because there is only two of us using the platform, and it was also suggested to us by CoSchedule. However, it is missing a key element that I love from the larger packages, which is Saved Views.

**Recommendations to others considering CoSchedule Marketing Suite:**

I definitely suggest using the chat on their website when trying to figure out which plan is best for you and your company. I had used CoSchedule before with another employer and thought I knew what plan would be best for us. Once I talked with a CoSchedule Rep they helped me find the perfect plan and even saved us some money.

My coworker and I are able to use the same calendar to schedule posts for multiple accounts that we manage. It's great being able to see what has been done and what still needs to be posted.

CoSchedule is my all-in-one solution for getting the word out about my business. From blog to social channels, it calms the crazy of my solopreneur social marketing and saves me time so I can get other stuff done.

I don't have a dislike for CoSchedule...as long as I use it, it is a huge benefit to my business.

It is a huge time saver with the ways it helps me stay organized. It creates templates so I don't have to do the same work over and over; and it allows me to log in one place, one time to do all the work of online sharing.

Auto-rescheduling of product tasks when changing overall due date is pretty handy. Rules were also useful. Calendar view for marketing campaigns would have been nice if it wasn't so buggy.

**What do you dislike about CoSchedule Marketing Suite?**

Rude, pedantic treatment by sales team when negotiating a couple of months left in a contract. A similar review response would not surprise me. No transparency in pricing at Suite level. They will nickel and dime you for everything. If you lose team members, you can't remove them from the product--you'll still have to pay for them for the remainder of your contract. Buyer beware. We experienced quite a few bugs throughout our few years with the system, including dates not populating on calendars and tasks not saving assignments.

Not much that we couldn't get from other software.The auto-rescheduling of tasks when you change an overall due date was a nice perk.

I dislike that you have to pay extra if you want a space for ideas vs calendar items. I also feel like it's a bit messy in execution. I lean towards Trello.

I have used other productivity tools like Asana, Trello, and Jira. Coschedule is designed in a way that just makes intuitive sense to a content marketer and feels "purpose-built" in a way the other tools dont. It's my secret weapon to efficiently managing my content team.

**What do you dislike about CoSchedule Marketing Suite?**

The ONLY aspect i feel is under-considered is the ability to incorporate key non-publishing content milestones into the overall calendar. In my case, im referring to website updates/deployments. I currently pencil these in as 'notes', but it seems like there's a better way to tackle this.

**What problems is CoSchedule Marketing Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping a team on a committed publishing cadence isnt the thing that comes most naturally to me. But with Coschedule at my disposal we are running efficiently and hitting far more of our intended publication dates.

**What do you like best about CoSchedule Marketing Suite?**

Before CoSchedule, I was spending one entire workday taking all the campaigns that I'd been working on and turning them into social media posts and email marketing newsletters for the next week. This was done by jumping back and forth between programs, keeping random scraps of notes here and there. I was using complicated databases in Notion to keep track of everything, and basically copying and pasting that information into a few different social media schedulers. I spent eight hours every week doing all this.

With CoSchedule, everything happens in one place. All my notes, task lists, and ideas happen in the same place where I schedule my social media campaigns. With helpers and templates, everything is automated. By typing just a few sentences and making a few clicks, I can have an entire social media campaign ready to go.

What I love about CoSchedule is that everything is grouped together by project, which helps me to be much more organized. I'm able to see all the social media posts I've ever scheduled relating to the same project. I'm also able to track these in Google Analytics to see which projects brought in more traffic and more sales. Switching my mind to a project-oriented approach has been a game changer. Instead of focusing on social media week to week, I'm focusing on social media project to project. Right now, I have my calendar scheduled several weeks out, whereas before I was always just barely ahead, stressing myself out trying to keep up.

I can keep everythnig in CoSchedule, even projects that don't have to do with marketing. When I have coding projects, I can create a new "Website Content" project, give it a due date, add notes and attachments, drop in my task list. Have I mentioned how much I love this tool?

If I was going to give CoSchedule a value based on the time I've saved alone, it would be a little over $10,000 a year. That's how much time I'm saving with this tool. But there's so much more value to CoSchedule than saving time. It also just helps you create better content. There's a ton of great features, from email headline analyzer, to social media post analyzer, to a ton of resources for creating the best work you can possibly create.

CoSchedule has become a necssary part of my day to day workflow. Thanks for making an awesome product!

I wish it could do more with YouTube. And with video in general. I love that I can upload multiple versions of my products, but it would be nice if I could add some sort of annotations to those videos, similar to frame.io. In all honesty though, I had to stretch to come up with an answer to this question.

Take the free trial and see how much time you save. Do the math. You'll realize that the monthly or even the yearly cost for this software is more than worth it.

I've reduced my workflow from a ton of repetitive and redundant processes to a streamlined and straightforward process that allows me to pump out content at a crazy fast rate.

The scheduling calendar to lay out my posts on a monthly basis! It helps to be able to see what is out there and what needs to be done to complete.

There is no direct way to post to Instagram; it is a somewhat complicated integration with other tools. I have actually started using another app to make this more doable for me both for posts, stories, and IGTV.

Try it out and you will see very quickly how much time and energy you will save with this application! It has made my Social Media work a game changer!

I am able to brainstorm stories, posts, campaigns, etc. all in one place. The benefits for me have been one of organization and ease of adding, deleting, changing things and it is all here for me to continue to the point of scheduling for publication.

The interface took very little trial and error to learn and was easy to link up with stuff like Zapier, IFTTT, and Wordpress. That's important for me because I need something that can save me time.

If cost is an issue, they do offer a lot of really good referral programs for content creators  Worth doing if that's an issue for you, but you want to invest in it.

I recognize the importance of showing up on social media consistently, but without it, I can't show up as consistently as I'd like. Not only do I run my own blog, but I work with a wide variety of clients, have a  separate remote job, am the vice-president of a writing group, and am also going through the long, complex process of trying to get a book published.  So there are lots of responsibilities to think about and take care of in my life right now. Since I'm not in a position to hire someone to manage my social media for me, this is the next best thing to working with a professional in this field. Because it posts consistently and eliminates the need to worry about what I'm posting and when.

It is an incredible tool to organize and manage projects, in social networks and editorial calendar. It is possible to have a better management of time and tasks to be carried out or simply to schedule a publication of a social network that you manage, I am very happy and my work group because the administration by their tools is notorious, they do not lose the time and keep a continuous job.

One of the improvements that should be made is the instagram tagging, it cannot be done but directly from the app, on the contrary from facebbok and twitter that if that function is enabled.
You can improve the traffic tool to make it more comprehensive and cover more users in this way is more profit to the company.

If you handle a large number of social networks like us and you would like to know how to manage and improve management, you have to use Coschedule without a doubt, so you will obtain great results and greater fluidity of work, organization and planning.

There are so many ways to tailor CoSchedule for a persons specific needs.  Not only are there several ways to organize through tags and colors but when you upgrade you can have more calendar views and so much more!  I also love that three is an app for your phone and so you can take CoSchedule every where with you.

The only downside for my personal use is the app could use a lot more useful features, so that way you can really do more planning and work through the app when you don't have a computer or laptop on hand.  The last downside for me is I wish there was a instagram layout option to where you could not only plan out your Instagram feed but see your feed mimicked as you would see it on your instagram profile.

CoSchedule Asset Organizer helps me do my work efficiently by managing different aspects of marketing. It contains a smooth interface and a centralized design from where user can access all the information at one place. It contains intuitive features like scheduling and editing which makes my work easier. I cannot thank CoSchedule Asset Organizer enough for making my work efficient. It is very easy to use and the user can learn it on their own without learning it from someone else.

**What do you dislike about CoSchedule Marketing Suite?**

I don't have many complaints from CoSchedule Asset Organizer and the complaints are minor. The software can sometimes be slow in terms of working and even though more features are released with every update they are not always useful so I hope they introduce more workable features in the future. There is need of more social profiles for customers from different social applications so they do not have to create new profiles. With new updates it is becoming expensive but I hope it remains affordable for me.

No only is it fantastic for rostering in marketing activity but it really helps us manage our teams ongoing projects / daily tasks. They also really seem to take on board feedback for improvements and feature requests.

Initially the mobile / tablet app was limited to just previewing the social media scheduling aspect, this has since been expanded to a more full use of the feature set. We also encountered a glitch during the onboarding process for our most recent user where we got to the last step in the un-skippable tutorial where the an essential button stopped working and we had to contact support to manually restart the process which they did right away.

It has helped automate our social / marketing campaigns and centralised any tasks our marketing team has on the go at any given time. Which is especially helpful as we also manage IT / non-marketing related tasks in our company.

It has helped establish, maintain and report on unified metrics for our social media channels that we before had to scrape from individual sources and double check their comparability. It's also proven useful in engaging non-marketing, sales and comms staff in our efforts.

The analytics funnel is incomplete. Would desire deeper Google analytics attachements and intergrations with other non-social media webservices (e.g. Typeform) to form the entire funnel into one view.

CoSchedule has great views to see everything from a 360 or to dial in on the minutia of the tasks. I love the calendar views as well as being able to make custom statuses and view each project by which status it is in. The templates that we can create to automatically assign our workflow saves so much time. Our rep Chris is also amazing and helps us whenever we have questions and need assistance getting anything set up! He gives us great tips and is always there for us.

It cuts down workflow time immensely with blog and social media posting as well. As the content writer, I work with our web and social manager and it has cut down our back-and-forth process so much. I can put all the copy into CoSchedule, and she can go in and edit and post it on our Wordpress site right from there! I can also input all my social postings, as well as a schedule for all posts to post automatically when I want. It is a HUGE time saver and makes things so easy and efficient!

Sometimes I wish there was a way to assign a project with multiple labels for viewing purposes, but I see how that could get confusing.

With a small team, we all wear lots of hats and have lots of projects going on simultaneously, as well as working with our outside creative agency. CoSchedule has helped our workflow tremendously and has helped the issue of losing where projects are in the process and having to backtrack and look through old emails - we can keep track of it all in CoSchedule! It also helps me visualize my blog schedule and future content with their easy calendar and labeling views.

Co-Schedule allows me, even thought I am a single user, to function as if I had a team behind me! I never thought I could be this productive!

I don't really see any downside. The only downside, that's not really a downside at all, is that I don't even use all of the features because they have so many and I haven't had time to sit down and learn them.

Be sure to take advantage of all of their features. Their video training is wonderful and easy to use!

Both the calendar view and the list view are basically useless for me -- but only because I am working on a laptop with a ginormous monitor AND we post many articles each day. If I posted less and had a bigger monitor, it would be helpful.

If you are a one-person shop like us, you have to use this tool for your social media posting. I can't speak to the team features, since we haven't used them (yet <g>).

I’ve used CoSchedule for a good while now, and for someone who works like a mad scientist with scraps of paper and notes all over the place, CoSchedule is useful for keeping me on track with everything I’m trying to accomplish. Reposting my best work regularly without needing to lift a finger. Letting me put all my ideas in a logical format so I can see where my gems are and what I’m just duplicating. CoSchedule’s a SERIOUS powerhouse, and I’d definitely be lost without it.

I’ll admit that CoSchedule is pricy — some of the things I’d enjoy like custom content types and the marketing modules are out of my reach right now, but that’s more a symptom of not having the team and revenue that warrant the investment instead of a specific issue with the system. Good things cost money. Good things are worth investing in. And hopefully, I’ll eventually have enough income to up my game and invest even MORE into my future.

I’d also love if the mobile version allowed more access to our various projects and social campaigns so we didn’t have to log in to the web version on mobile devices, but one problem at a time....

Get to know all the features really well so that you get your money’s worth — it’s an investment; you may as well make the most of it!

I like being able to see what my team is up to, the different views I can use, and the ability to organize all my tasks effortlessly. I also like how it can be set up based on preferences. If you want your dashboard to look like Trello, you can do that. If you just need a to do list, you can set it up to read like a list. Each person can set it up based off what works best for them.

It takes a lot to understand. There are so many features to learn about to make the tool valuable. It can be challenging to get your team on board as well. It is a lot to learn which can take some time away from your day to day tasks.

And...
* You can schedule automatically instagram posts, with no remind needed and, most important, posts on instagram schedule on CoSchedule doesn't need emojis for separate the paragraphs!! This is really great!

I love that EVERYTHING we do as a marketing team lives in CoSchedule. Although it is instrumental for implementing our social strategy, it does so much more. We use it for tracking proposals, for event coordination, web content, internal projects - everything. I love that we're able to tie social media to all our other projects (when applicable). I believe that social media is an outlet for us to share what's going on in our company, not an open platform for advertising. By tieing our social messages and campaigns to our projects in CoSchedule, (instead of having standalone messages), it gives us a more holistic view of our overall content strategy.

Sometimes it can run slow even after clearing your cache.

CoSchedule makes social scheduling very easy. It's at-a-glance on your calendar, quick and easy to set up and edit. It integrates easily and the analytics cover what I need them to.

I wish the text box expanded instead of making you scroll. CoSchedule is not a social tool, so there are heftier tools out there, but it's a great piece of CoSchedule if social is not your only project to manage.

Its integrated project management and collaboration tools are great for smaller groups. The calendar itself is strong and extremely useful. You can also create read-only calendars for interested parties so they can see the next items in their calendar. You can also greatly customize your calendar settings, types of projects, icons, tasks, filters, etc.

**What do you dislike about CoSchedule Marketing Suite?**

The platform seems slow lately, probably as a result of the large amount of data we are entering and the amount of filters we are creating. It is more expensive than the normal content calendar alternatives I have found. Social media programming exists, but we find publication errors more often than we would like. Task templates when updated are not retroactive, so when you create projects for a whole year and then change a template, you must return and change them manually.

I recommend CoSchedule for marketing teams trying to get away from spreadsheets. Also for small teams that are rapidly expanding in size or for organizations that cannot afford expensive project management tools.

Currently, we are using CoSchedule throughout the organization emphasizing the Marketing department. It replaced our internal ticket system and some project management spreadsheets. I really enjoy CoSchedule's ease of use when it comes to planning out big marketing projects involving multiple team members. Additionally, the platform offers an easy way to schedule and monitor social media posts and their performance.

There are lots of content marketing tools - but CoSchedule is the ONLY one that allows you to create blog post promotions BEFORE they publish. This is an incredible time-saver.

**What do you dislike about CoSchedule Marketing Suite?**

Not much, the only thing I can say is that it can get overwhelming if you're doing everything the platform can do.

**What problems is CoSchedule Marketing Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My primary issue is writing, scheduling and promoting content. With CoSchedule I can uplaod a blog post, create all of the social shares (customized for each social platform) and press a button -- and that's it.  NO OTHER platform will do this.

I love the ability to have coschedule integrated right into wordpress so that I can set up promotion before I even finish the post and podcast episode on my site.  I love the analytics and the reschedule feature.

**What do you dislike about CoSchedule Marketing Suite?**

The only downside (not in coschedules control) is there is a bit less promotion on the social media sites of scheduled posts over live posts, but you can deal with that by engaging in some live posts around the scheduled ones.

CoSchedule has become an integral part of my workflow in promoting my podcast episodes

This essential application has tremendous benefits over other useless applications that make me working a bit slow and also social media marketing features of this application allows me to engage my respective audience by different ways. Moreover, it helps me in taking care of all the daily routine work that helps in managing a large amount of work. Apart from this I really like the way in which this application helps me in sharing different types of content among my teammates and colleagues for a specific project that needs to be done in time.

Every feature of this application is none other than a blessing because it really helps me in tracking even the small task that has been assigned. Moreover, sometimes it shows errors while making some schedules but that’s not a big issue that could be discussed.

This immensely useful product is a good enough to maintain a large number of tasks on daily basis and also it give me a proper view of all my tasks that can be track down easily. CoSchedule is the perfect project management software for my company because of it’s utmost features and functionalities that are truly a blessing. Moreover, the best feature for me is its ability to schedule and publish all the social media content that could be a huge helper in order to save time and energy. Apart from this I really like the way it helps me in marketing emails that are useful enough to maintain all the incoming and outgoing emails more appropriately. Furthermore, all these useful schedules further helps me to improve the type of content that I wanted and also to it would lessen the amount of attention that has been paying to other useless sectors.

I love being able to plan all my social media in one place. Even if one of my children gets strep throat, my social media strategy keeps going without missing a beat. Having it connected to my blog makes it indispensable.

Nothing comes to mind. I do wish that it could post to Instagram automatically, but I think that's beyond your control.

I like how easy it is to navigate through the blog posts and scheduling which ones to share and which days are free. Plus, we can link multiple social media accounts and schedule all at once. Convenient!

Technically, it's just how it acts up on Wordpress. I used to have no problems logging in from Wordpress tool but now I'm now accessing it directly on their website because every time I log in, it doesn't do anything.

Link all your social media accounts (as needed) and maximize CoSchedule's services. It will definitely save you time in the long run but still making sure that everything you want to be posted and shared are still going across all your platforms.
