Corvo Apex is the digital office assistant for small businesses and SMEs: one system that takes over customer contact, scheduling and admin and makes sure you are found in Google and in AI assistants such as ChatGPT (SEO and GEO), set up in person from Almelo, the Netherlands. Messages via WhatsApp and website chat are answered right away, also in the evening and at weekends. A missed call automatically becomes a WhatsApp message, so no customer drops off. Customers book their own appointments and get reminders. Scheduling, work orders, quotes, invoices, a point of sale and stock are all in one overview, next to your own accounting software. A dashboard shows how your business is doing, how often you are mentioned in Google and AI assistants, and what to improve. For freelancers and businesses with up to 10 employees in all sectors, from installers and bike shops to salons, restaurants and estate agents. Free 14-day trial.
