What do you like best about Cortavo?

Super nice group! They're local too, so if they need to run in to fix an issue, they can. Otherwise, service is quick and accessible by email, phone, or Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cortavo?

I wish the starting hours were a little earlier. We're in the office for an hour and a half before they start work, so if there's an issue, we wait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cortavo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Speed of Support, and how friendly staff is, even when my issue is the smallest issue they are always there to help and fix any issue I call about almost immediately. They also have provided Microsoft chat teams support for me when the line was busy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
