I've had to ask for help about three times now-- two of those assistance requests were digital, one was over the phone, and I really like that flexibility. What do you dislike about Corsica Technologies? While I appreciate how prompt and effective their responses are, my experience varies from employee to employee. I once had someone who connected to my PC in real time to troubleshoot who rearranged my taskbar and desktop to their personal preferences, which felt like a bit of an misstep. Recommendations to others considering Corsica Technologies: Corsica has managed almost every facet of software, hardware, and IT support for me in working for my current employer. Knowing there is a company who specializes in all things tech, who has fast response times and is able to solve problems quickly, gives me tremendous peace of mind. In working remotely, if software or hardware doesn't work, it drastically reduces my ability to assist my clients. Having Corsica on call 24/7 means any hiccups I encounter have minimal if any impact on my workday. The only thing I would advise is that while problems will be solved quickly, how easily they are solved depends on the tech assigned to the ticket and not all techs are equal in terms of customer service. I also like that they are available via email to connect directly to my computer, or via phone to walk me through steps I can take myself, depending on the situation and my preferences.
