The bi-weekly discussions we have with Kavita are really useful, both for getting advice and for understanding what new features are available. I don’t have any specific negative opinions about Corsearch. The main challenge we’ve had is that it’s been difficult to get a clear overview of our cases when they fall outside our package, which currently covers only marketplaces. For non-marketplace matters, we purchase that service on a case-by-case basis, but it would still be helpful to have an overview showing the current status of those non-marketplace cases as well. She is very professional in client interaction and knowledgeable about the background systems of online marketplaces.
