I do wish that perhaps the app followed similar steps to the desktop, a lot of time I feel like there are steps missed when filing a WO on the the app because of that. Communication between us and our customers very easy. I like that all updates, pictures, invoices, estimates, etc. can easily added right on the work orders. Some of our corrigo using customers do not know the software as well and sometimes we end up doing double the paperwork.
