What do you dislike about Corrao Group? Carrao has greate project management discipline and a very sophisticated billing system that keeps track of everything, including late invoice payments. You will receive continues reminders regarding unpaid delinquent invoices, which can get annoying, especially when our A/P folks are on 2 to 4 weeks payment cycles. Recommendations to others considering Corrao Group: Make sure the right business leaders are providing the proper time to making the right decisions, design, and process. What problems is Corrao Group solving and how is that benefiting you? We are bringing management awareness on the use of Salesforce by our sales agents. Now that Corrao has captured the business process, and created training manuals, they are now composing dashboards to gauge the effectiveness of our lead/buyer interaction, followup, and conversion rate.
