**What do you like best about Corporate Traveler?**

What we find most helpful about Corporate Traveler is the excellent customer support and the prompt responsiveness to our needs. Having a dedicated team—including a Senior Customer Success Manager, a Manager, and outstanding travel agents—has genuinely elevated the travel experience for staff across our organization. We feel well cared for, with practical solutions offered when issues come up and clear answers provided to our questions and concerns.

Our experience during the implementation and launch of the platform was smooth, and we consistently felt supported throughout the process. We also appreciate the timely communication around updates and changes, which helps us stay informed and confident in the service.

In addition, the invoice process has improved, making our billing workflow much easier. Having an internal folder for the previous week has been especially helpful for keeping everything organized and easy to reference.

**What do you dislike about Corporate Traveler?**

One invoice-related aspect that still needs improvement is ensuring that all invoices include the corresponding codes we require to track our expenses internally. We also need to investigate why some tickets are charged as a whole amount rather than showing a breakdown between airfare costs and fees, which is necessary for our accounting purposes.

**What problems is Corporate Traveler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a travel partner that better fits the needs of our global organization, with colleagues based in multiple countries and time zones who often need immediate support. Corporate Traveler provides both dedicated travel agents and the option to self-book through the Melon platform, which has noticeably improved our staff’s overall travel experience. Having the flexibility to get help via chat or directly through our dedicated agents has made the entire process smoother, faster, and more efficient.

**What do you like best about Corporate Traveler?**

I really appreciate that at my company, we like the personal touch of being able to talk to a real human with Corporate Traveler. It's great because they've formed a relationship with us over the years, and they know us better than we do, especially in travel. It's a great company that uses real people to work with other real people rather than just online booking. It feels more trustworthy that there's a person involved. Joseph Marinelli, the agent we work with, makes everything easy for us and gets things done right away and knows exact details of what everyone wants and likes. The weekend staff is pretty fast too, and this is something our bosses especially appreciate.

Corporate Traveler helps with trip cancellations and last-minute travel plans, especially since not everyone on my team is travel savvy. It syncs travel arrangements and involves real people, making it more trustworthy and helpful than online booking sites.

**What do you like best about Corporate Traveler?**

Corporate Traveler is very user friendly. The team is also responsive and supportive, we can always rely on them to help us get last minute and complicated trips booked because of how knowledgeable their team is. We work directly with Justin Hall, who is extremely supportive and understands our needs. We have never had an issue and are extremely grateful for our partnership with Justin and the team!

**What do you dislike about Corporate Traveler?**

The only thing that Corporate Traveler could do to improve would be to send out Outlook Calendar holds for flight times and check-in reminders, although this is something we can do easily internally with the itineraries they send. Other than that, they do an amazing job.

**What problems is Corporate Traveler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a heavy travel schedule, sometimes with last minute "impossible" requests, but the team always seems to be responsive and organized and can get us on track with our bookings.

It was very easy to roll out to my crew, and customer support is always available when we need help. I also really enjoy the reporting features—they’re very robust and make it simple to get the information I’m looking for.

**What do you dislike about Corporate Traveler?**

My crew is used to overriding the hotel because of our status, but we can’t book that way unless we go directly through the hotel chain. I’d really like an easier way to book room blocks, with fewer middlemen involved.

**What problems is Corporate Traveler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

24/7 service and availability, with helpful tools for tracking spend and pulling booking reports for onsite show information. I’m no longer getting called after hours to change or book travel, which has made the whole process much easier.

I like that you can find good deals for corporate travel. Also having a dedicated travel manager to help with international trips is a plus! It makes the process so much easier.

As an admin there are a lot of different tabs, but once you get used to all the functions it is easy to use.

They help make booking travel—whether it’s flights, car rentals, or hotel stays—much easier. It benefits me because travel booking isn’t the only part of my job, and having such a simple, streamlined process gives me time back in my day.

They are very customer centric; they take the time work with our travelers to get them the best flight options possible. Also, Dale and his team are always so willing to try and help us find the best solutions for our business needs.

“Dislike” is a strong word. I’d frame this more as an area for improvement: 
The format of their flight manifest when exported causes us a lot of manual manipulation. Also, the process of pulling the data itself needs the ability to drill down to more specific data. I’m hopeful that, with the implementation of Melon, this will improve.

I use Corporate Traveler for travel booking alongside our Concur platform, and I find it makes the booking process easier and more efficient. I like that they are responsive and helpful, particularly with international complex bookings. It's great having multiple booking options, whether by phone, email, or online. Additionally, I appreciate having a great customer service team and experiencing a seamless implementation process. They also took care of the majority of the setup, including training our users, making the transition very easy. Our company has real-time visibility into our travel spend which is new to us and helps us plan/budget more accurately.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Corporate Traveler and their extraordinary team. From day one, they have been thorough, professional, and genuinely invested in our success. They don't just meet expectations—they consistently go above and beyond in ways that make them feel like an extension of our own department. Their care and dedication are unmatched, and I honestly can't imagine navigating our corporate travel needs without them.

Matthew Curry, our Principal Account Executive, has been phenomenal from the start. I like having a dedicated travel manager and the easy access to a real, live travel agent when I need help.

**What do you dislike about Corporate Traveler?**

Our current invoice reconciliation process is highly time-consuming. Because booking details like trip descriptions and budget codes do not transfer to the receipts, we have to manually re-enter this information for accounting. Additionally, we see ticket prices that are often higher than the rates listed on the airline's website.

**What do you like best about Corporate Traveler?**

Having Corporate Traveler in my corner when a flight is delayed or canceled has been such a life saver.  I can't count the number of times our rep, Connor, has swooped in and found us an alternate flight out to make sure we are making it to meetings in time or getting back home without the nightmare of being stuck out in some random city when you just want to get back to your own bed.  They also help me find upgrades with no cost added and help me switch flights when plans change.  I barely need to lift a finger.  The work is always quick, precise, and friendly.  I would recommend Corporate Traveler to anyone.

**What do you dislike about Corporate Traveler?**

I don't think there is anything I dislike about Corporate Traveler.  Nothing immediately jumps to mind, so it would be insincere to dig deep to try to imagine up some misstep.  I've truly never had an issue with them.

When a flight gets canceled, or we need to rebook a flight for shifting travel plans, they are there to support me.  I just tell them what date and time range would be good and they already know all our preferred airlines, seating arrangements and airports to make sure we get the job done.

Corporate Traveler is a great way to make travel arrangements.  Have a specific team to help with make reservations and helping with issues.  Make arrangements with Concur through Corporate Traveler is so easy. 
We have never had an issue with getting reservations that we need for our travelers.  Everyone we have worked with is so friendly and knows their business.

So far we have not come across anything we don't like.

Corporate Traveler is helping us make sure teams are able to stay all at the same hotel and getting on same flights.  They help with travelers not having to make individual arrangements.  Also, they have helped with being able to make changes while on traveler easier.

I love that with Corporate Traveler, we can easily set up our company's travel limit policy. It's also a very friendly platform to use, so much so that we don't even need to train our employees, which is a big plus. The initial setup was super smooth, and the Corporate Traveler employees were the best at assisting our employees.

I can't think of anything that I don't like. Maybe adding the open airline credits into the employee profile could be a potential improvement.

**What do you like best about Corporate Traveler?**

I love the ease of the application process.  Searching and making reservations is so simple and easy.  Whenever there is an issue and I need to speak to someone, whether it is our dedicated travel manager or our representatives at Corporate Traveler I get the help I need and with a smile.   Sometimes things are not easy, but they never seem to be disturbed by the issues.

I use Corporate Traveler almost every day and being able to search for flights and decide what is the best option for y travelers is fantastic.  It is easy to do a search on flights, hotels and car rentals and the ability to have all the necessary information needed for the traveler in the profile, such as seat preference and frequent flyer numbers, makes things move much faster.

As soon as I find something I will let you know.

**What problems is Corporate Traveler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Last minute changes are a big issue with some of our travelers and being able to call/email someone to assist and get the changes done quickly makes my life easier.

Corporate Traveler has worked with us to ensure our workflow is tailored to our unique needs as a research study.  We work with mostly older adults, so clear communication and 24/7 hr assistance has made them a perfect fit to book travel to get our participants to and from their visits with ease.

**What do you dislike about Corporate Traveler?**

I would like to see a Spanish speaker on the team as we work to increase diversity within the study.

**What problems is Corporate Traveler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corporate Traveler books our research participant travel needs then relays that to our team, and the participant.  They work directly with participants to ensure appropriate travel is arranged, including but not limited to flights, hotels, car service, etc. Our participants are presented with a couple different options for travel to ensure they have options to choose from with an aim to stay within study budget.  Our Corporate Traveler agents notify us if a trip is going to be over budget and we work together to assess more solutions.  With their 24/7  after hours line, I am able to do my job with ease knowing participants have someone they can reach at all times if travel is interrupted.

**What do you like best about Corporate Traveler?**

Our company has been using Corporate Traveler for almost 2 years now, and it's been a wonderful experience. Our Travel Manager, Lauren, is absolutely amazing! She's so friendly, helpful, and very responsive - she always replies and takes care of our bookings and requests immediately. Our employees travel multiple times a year at various times and we've been able to receive support for cancelled or changed flights in all of the countries they're traveling to.

**What do you dislike about Corporate Traveler?**

Pricing is sometimes not the greatest, but we have been able to mostly work around this by requesting the TM to book the cheaper price for us. Hotels haven't been a great draw for us on Melon due to being able to find cheaper, more options outside of melon and not allowing changes, but i believe this is something that has recently changed!

**What problems is Corporate Traveler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

24/7 support for our travelers. I used to get calls and emails at all hours, without any insight into what travel was booked or having to make hours of phone calls to get flight credits. Corporate traveler now does this for us and saves me so much time and headaches!

Working with our travel agency has been an absolute game-changer. Justin Hall provides true white glove service and it’s honestly faster and easier to go through him than to try handling bookings myself. He anticipates what I need, catches details I might have missed, and always comes back with solutions instead of problems.

As an EA, I handle a lot of complex, multi-leg, and last-minute bookings, and Justin gets it right 100% of the time. He’s fast, thorough, and makes sure everything is seamless from start to finish. Even when things change unexpectedly, he handles adjustments quickly and professionally, giving me total peace of mind.

There is never a question that isn't answered nor a challenge that wasn't collaborated on resulting in success. Communicating with CT is easy, and they are always willing to dive in deep to ensure that there are positive outcomes and everyone is fully informed. Navigating their Melon travel platform is simple and visibly pleasing for the user. There are a multitude of ways to have your needs and preferences met. We have partnered with CT for almost 10 years and are constantly being offered solutions and ways of improvement by not only our direct travel team, but also our Customer Success Director. We consider them an extension of our company more than an external vendor.

Further, this past spring, we faced the DCA shutdown on a day when a handful of staff were traveling. Richard and his colleagues handled this situation quickly, efficiently, and in good spirits. My favorite things about CT, mostly Philip Serrao, are that he is always speedy in reply, can basically read my mind, and always give me plenty of options for hotel and flights.  Using CT make my job easier because I do not have to look up flights and hotels for my analysts.  all the info is sent to me neatly and I can just pass it along.

Responsive to clients, Justine is from South Africa so knows the areas well where our clients fly into, she always gives options.

If there's a delay or cancellation, and clients are on a special fare they can't always book an alternate flight using the airline app etc.. they have to go through 24 hr number and not always easy if they're still on safari.
