What do you like best about Corporate Finance Institute?

I love the approach. Used short videos and although not in our various homes as it was online, it felt as if the instructors were with us as we were guarded throughout the practical aspects and theory aspects of things and so we just don't understand the steps but the process in getting to those steps and why they follow each other. Amazing stuffs!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corporate Finance Institute?

Hmmm... I think the daily hours you needed to set aside for some courses were too much. For someone like me, I'm a corporate guy and if you require me to set aside 6-9 hours for a CFI course, it means a lot of sacrifice will have to come in but to fair, during my study for my FMVA badge, they made it flexible for me and my colleagues so there is progress Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Hard learning easy passing"

What do you like best about Corporate Finance Institute?

I like how CFI program is detailed. And the in-depth knowledge of the professionals that carry out the moduoes by making the program more easy and understanding. It's indeed a great deal to do difficult things over and over again to attaing higher heights. Thanks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corporate Finance Institute?

What i dislike is the fact that practicals tutorial videos can not be downladed because of copy right issues. My believe as a learner is not just to learn and pass but continues practising. And I don't think the the modules power point presentation or notes is enough because the practical videos provide the visual view or feel for the programme one undergo. "Transition Into Finance and Business World With The Best Training"

What do you like best about Corporate Finance Institute?

Where do I start? First, I am grateful because I learned about CFI through a learning program where I studied the FMVA certification and am currently pursuing the BIDA certification. My background was not in Finance or analytics but through the well-structured course content and learning modules, I completed the FMVA certification and passed. Can you imagine going from zero knowledge of finance and analytics to a certified financial analyst?

This was made possible through their simple and well-designed interface, which is very user-friendly, as I did not have any difficulties navigating around the platform. I could continue my courses right where I left them, and the interface would show me the classes I had completed or lessons so that I would not be confused.

The lessons are divided into small chunks that are not hard to handle, so you are given the right amount of knowledge to consume, unlike other platforms where you have a lot in that, by the time you are done, you can remember very little.

I would recommend CFI to anyone out there because the content is high quality, as you get insights into the best knowledge from the best trainers. Great work, CFI. I am proud to have learned through your platform, as the content was just what I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corporate Finance Institute?

So far, so good. Throughout my journey with CFI, I never had any major issue. This time, the course content on my portal was not working, as the videos were not playing, so I reached out to the support team. They handled the issues immideality, and I was back to learning within no time at all. My learning experience with them was terrific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A TRAINING PROGRAM THAT GOES BEYOND THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE OFFERED BY UNIVERSITIES & COLLEGES"
5/5
What do you like best about Corporate Finance Institute?

The program offers the required skills for a candidate to be productive in the workplace. This is particularly important in a world where employers are trying to reduce spending on on-the-job training. Graduates are expected to possess the requisite skills to help them easily integrate into the work environment. CFIs FMVA programs are designed to reduce the mismatch between college training and the required job skills. After being in the profession for a while, I thought finance was routine and boring until I was exposed to this program which changed the way I look at finance entirely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corporate Finance Institute?

The training period is short. The content to be covered is vast, and I cannot see any course (whether core or elective) that is not equally important. It would be better if this program were designed as a one-year program to help the candidate master the content. Pressure to complete the program was high than the need to master and own the content Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It was a privilege to have learned from the best online course providers I have ever come across"

What do you like best about Corporate Finance Institute?

The CFI instructors are undeniably knowledgeable; their programs are time bound, so it does not matter where you are learning from, for you will still be pushed to hit the goal and thus compel you to be responsible, and they provide adequate content to enable a satisfactory experience while learning Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corporate Finance Institute?

I guess the fact that the program felt rather intense because of the time limits allocated to the topics and the fact that there isn't a way to communicate with the instructors when one needs further assistance directly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Corporate Finance Institute?

As I enrolled for Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) Certification, I enjoy learning through CFI. What I liked the most about this course was the Interactive exercise, a fantastic concept to refresh what we learned in the previous sessions; another good point I liked about this course is you can complete anything at your convenience. I loved this course & very excited to learn new skills & concepts through CFI. Thank you so much! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corporate Finance Institute?

I haven't come across anything which I don't like about CFI so far; however, as per my understanding, I feel that if CFI can add some small animated clips to understand the topics, that would be helpful & interesting because the human brains remember what they are seeing & this will help to remember the things for a longer period & also if any small video clip of 2-5 minutes added in the begging of the session. This would enhance the value of this course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CFI General Courses and Teaching Staffs"

What do you like best about Corporate Finance Institute?

If you're looking for highly valued certifications, I am very confident in recommending anyone else who wants to enroll in globally recognized finance, banking, and data analytic courses provided by the Corporate Finance Institute. Honestly speaking, all courses are well designed, structured, detailed, and organized with very clear examples, and understandable, practical, and industry-focused case studies.

Not only interesting nature of the course design matter but also the teaching staff is very appealing and professional when they teach courses. Courses are delivered by excellent teaching staff that has a deep understanding of the subject matter and provides lectures in a very creative way. Each presentation is very clear and highly participatory.

Each course usually takes about a day to go through if you're thorough. It is a self-paced course; anyone can learn at his or her own pace. In other words, the program allows for convenience, so that candidates will be able to participate at any hour of the day that suits them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corporate Finance Institute?

I am afraid to give what is not likable when you think of corporate finance institute courses.

Everything is good, easily accessible, and sharable.

Despite that, the difficulty I faced during my studies unable to download teaching videos, like I said earlier pdf files are accessible and sharable.

I believe this problem occurred either the absence of the necessary application on my laptop or maybe due to the copyright teaching policy of CFI restriction.

But, if it is ok for the CFI team

It is very helpful and crucial that candidates are able to download videos and watch them back in the future when they need to review them in times of difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finance courses made easy by CFI!!"
5/5
What do you like best about Corporate Finance Institute?

One of the most helpful things I received from CFI lessons were the tips on how excel functions can be used in a very simple manner in the world of finance. The shortcuts and tips I got will definitely be saving me a lot of time and hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corporate Finance Institute?

I wouldn't say there are things I dislike but I think some of the courses can be a bit tough to understand for a person who does not have a background in finance. Some lessons are kind of quick and skip some concepts in the middle during the courses. I feel that there should be more background explanations on a few calculations on some of the lessons. What do you like best about Corporate Finance Institute?

I completed the Commercial Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA) certification successfully.

In the last six months I have obtained two certifications from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI).

As a person planning a career in finance, FMVA and CBCA have allowed me to delve deeper into the world of finance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corporate Finance Institute?

I believe there isn't much that I dislike about CFI. It has helped me gain insights on various factors of Financial Modeling and Commercial Banking. The only thing that can be done to make it a much better experience is having live lectures and interactive sessions with professors. "My experience on the Corporate Finance Institute, was very educative and practical."
5/5
What do you like best about Corporate Finance Institute?

I like the videos best and the materials available for download. The downloadable materials made understanding easier because I got to practice while listening to lessons.

The videos were also very involving and paced well to allow for a proper course experience. I like the fact that they give you ample time to test yourself. Even the assessments taken are involving.

Also, even when you cannot get a passing mark, much time is given to revise and return to retake it.

I like the variety of skills that just one course can offer. There are a lot of opportunities presented through programs offered by Corporate Finance Institute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corporate Finance Institute?

I wished I could download the videos to review them later, but I could not. Maybe, this feature could be made available for future courses and students. It will go a long way in helping to keep and polish skills acquired from completing a particular program.

Also, it was pretty tricky navigating around the sites for certificates. I can no longer find the link to order a certificate for a course I just completed. I saw it after completing the course I was studying, but I cannot find it anymore. A link should be made available, so we can easily order a physical certificate.

Lastly, It would be nice if we could share more than one certificate at once instead of sharing it individually. I kept getting confused about which certificate I had already shared or downloaded. I had to go and check other applications before returning to do what I wanted, which was quite cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
