Corpora.us Whether you're a startup founder, an employee, or an enterprise admin, we've got you covered on all things 83(b). One-off filers can use our platform to draft, sign, and track their 83(b) elections. Enterprise admins can use our portal to bulk draft hundreds of elections, invite their employees to review and sign, and track the progress of each election. Importantly, we'll take care of the rote work so you don't have to. For each 83(b) election order we receive, we meticulously prepare your package, send it off to the IRS, and track it for you – and share the IRS date-stamped copy of your filing if we get it back.
