What do you like best about Corpay One?

What I like best is the support team and how responsive they are. They follow up with every request I've submitted to ensure I got my question/issue answered and resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay One?

Once in a while, there are issues with syncing to QuickBooks, and I don't like the emails that Corpay sends when there is an issue syncing because I don't always understand why the sync didn't work, and the emails do not do a good job of explaining the issue or how to fix it. What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Corpay One is solving the problems of working "twice". For example, when I am issuing a check to a vendor, Corpay One allows me to also categorize it in QuickBooks at the same time. Same with receipts. I love that you can just scan a picture of the receipt (or bill), and it automatically pulls in so much information. Accurate 99% of the time. I love the sales team. The set up was pretty easy and it integrated with QuickBooks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
