I've used another bill pay provider, and what sets Corpay apart is the ability to create different workflows and set up different rules. For example, we can set up a rule/workflow that a recurring bill to a specific vendor will be auto-approved as long as it's under a specified amount. **What do you dislike about Corpay One?** The sign-up process was a little tricky... I understand that it's a security measure, but the whole selfie/camera thing was a bit of a hassle, especially for my client. Also, it usually takes a while to get help from support, but I think that's common these days. **Recommendations to others considering Corpay One:** I've been recommending Corpay to other bookkeepers and to anyone looking for a good bill pay solution. **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Corpay One, I needed to set up bill payments for my client through bank bill pay. It was time-consuming to type in all the information for each vendor. It's so much easier to upload a file and then review it for accuracy. We were essentially using a manual/paper approval process previously, and the difference has been beyond significant for us as we have grown. Syncing with multiple instances of Quickbooks Online is a huge plus for our companies which have different books - all with a single sign in, which makes it very convenient to switch among them. **What do you dislike about Corpay One?** We have had some technical issues syncing with Quickbooks, but most are resolved quickly by the tech support team. Recent changes to the UI have made things a bit less ideal for seeing where approvals are in the process and also seeing how bills are classified into different GL codes when split. These are relatively minor and can hopefully be enhanced as the platform progresses. **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems: Manual processing and approval of invoices, inefficiencies, onsite employees without access to a printer, workflow log jams, missed invoices, miscoded invoices. The multi-level approval process and the fact I can audit the approval flow helps in resolving problems quickly. **What do you dislike about Corpay One?** Right now, it does not sync with Quickbooks desktop. It does sync with QB online. They have told me that it should be able to sync end of June 2021. **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** The labor cost of moving paper invoices from one approver to the next and the cost of storing all that paper was getting out of control.
