However, it has been a long-standing headache to coordinate and regulate our spending. With so many people involved, making their own decisions about what to buy and who should reimburse them, we could never reliably ensure that purchases were in line with policies, invoices were submitted with receipts, etc. It was often a circus. In less than a month, Corpay got everyone on the same page, helped us to create approval workflows and got us back on track! **What do you dislike about Corpay One?** I wish I had more clarity in the beginning about the wait time for payments to process when you first use the platform. I would also love it if there were dome document management features... **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having everyone go through the same, established workflow and policies which increases visibility and allows for approvals before any money is actually spent. Trying to clean up after the fact was always a nightmare. I also like how it's getting our people used to providing receipts, invoices, and explanations with the initial request. I used to have to email or call to find out what the purchase was for. ### 2. While it is still young, the Corpay team is always working on improving their product. My company's contact, Megan Costa, is excellent. We have bi-weekly meetings with her, and she keeps us up to date with new features and takes our feedback to improve their service further. **What do you dislike about Corpay One?** The layout of the website could use some improvement. It would be nice to see more information about a payment without having to click into the invoice, then view the invoice to see what you are looking for. **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** The check signers for our company live on the other side of the country, this service allows us to get checks out the door without having to first send them across the country for the owners to physically sign them. Even for those who work close to their check signers, this would be great if the check signer travels frequently. ### 3. They don't know what they're doing. The terms are suuuper vague and then they just keep charging you for stuff. Really wasn't helpful at all and infelt like I was tricked. It's NOT a credit card. Don't expect to be able to use it like one. Bill pay with ACH function isn't free with your account, it isn't even cheap. What a total load of balogny. **What do you dislike about Corpay One?** Almost everything. They never even had me sign an agreement or anything and then suddenly I was subject to these terms but they weren't even comprehensive or clear and in general the UX of setting up account and using it was just awful. The whole thing out me in a worse position than I'd been in before. **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not sure, and it's really not. They offer bill pay services along with this credit line I guess you could call it? But the bill pay won't work with the line of credit it will only pull from an outside institution, which makes no sense and it is not free. ### 4. We have business credit cards with chase bank and when you need to raise an employee's card limit for an emergency purcahse it takes a full 24 hours to update. Corpay is immediate, thats a big deal for our company. Pair that with the bill pay feature where my accounts payable clerk can enter everything and then get it approved by the accountant then me. It has helped create a chain of command so we can not only watch where our money is going but have more control over it as well. **What do you dislike about Corpay One?** Be careful of how you use your cards, when we got signed up we were unaware of any restrictions. Double check as to make sure your account is not penalized. Beacuse employee cards are offered we should receive some type of notice when any rule is violated and given the chance to fix it before affecting or closing down the main account. **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing us to have better cash flow by offering ideal limits for actual business expenses. ### 5. This solution has a mobile phone application that allows me to manage A/P from whereever I am. When I evaluate software, it is important to me that it doesn't tie me down to a desktop computer. The ability to set up an approval process is critical for small businesses. Historically, implementing internal controls as a small business was extremely expensive. It is so simple; the client uploads the invoice, I receive an email that it's ready for me to code and approve, and then it's back off to the client for payment approval. The system provides multiple payment options and is also able to send payments to multiple countries. Corpay also syncs with accounting software like Quickbooks and Xero, so all of your invoice details are automatically connected to your transactions on the back end. The very best part about Corpay, though, is the team running the platform and providing customer support. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable about their platform, and do not stop until you have a solution to whatever you reach out to them about. Every one of them is genuinely amazing, and I wish all of the platforms that I worked with had such an awesome team on the other side of the screen! **What do you dislike about Corpay One?** My only wish is that there was a faster check-payment option or at least a way to track payments in the mail in real time. Corpay is by no means slow in sending payments, but we all have those urgent invoices that require a check payment a day or two after processing. There are other options to pay vendors faster than checks in the mail, but not all vendors will accept instant card payments or ACH payments. **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Corpay has really streamlined and simplified the process for paying vendors. They are much easier to communicate with than Bill.com was when we used them, and they have more payment options available. ### 11. We canceled the amount through Cor Pay; the customer had to pay the bill again while waiting for a refund which took up to 10 days. 2.
