What do you like best about Corpay One?

I like the approval process! It is great being able to send vendors their ACH or check from one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay One?

The international vendor's ACH needs to be able to be entered by the vendor. I am a bookkeeper in the US and I don't understand the banking system in other countries. Also, vendor management needs to include re-activating vendors and updating vendors to sync to QBO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support is speedy in getting back to me with any inquiries.

Megan is awesome, and I feel she's my personal helper because she answers all my questions right away. Everybody has treated me well when I deal with them.

I like that I can handle ACH payroll for my crew and can use their credit card to fund payroll when my clients are behind paying me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Corpay One?

We are a non-profit with lots of eager volunteers! However, it has been a long-standing headache to coordinate and regulate our spending. With so many people involved, making their own decisions about what to buy and who should reimburse them, we could never reliably ensure that purchases were in line with policies, invoices were submitted with receipts, etc. It was often a circus. In less than a month, Corpay got everyone on the same page, helped us to create approval workflows and got us back on track! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay One?

I wish I had more clarity in the beginning about the wait time for payments to process when you first use the platform. I would also love it if there were dome document management features... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having everyone go through the same, established workflow and policies which increases visibility and allows for approvals before any money is actually spent. Trying to clean up after the fact was always a nightmare. I also like how it's getting our people used to providing receipts, invoices, and explanations with the initial request.
