Glitchy **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Andrea L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2023 **What do you like best about Corpay One?** I like that there is an app. If it worked like it's supposed to, then I would have definitely stuck with it. My customer service rep was very nice and tried to be helpful when available. **What do you dislike about Corpay One?** As a bookkeeper who works with construction companies, it seemed like it was going to be a good solution to sync bills and expenses with QBO, but there were constant glitches within Corpay's functionality itself. There were so many problems with the OCR and inability to override certain features. It would take several days, sometimes over a week, to hear back from our customer service rep. They also recently increased their fees, which I could understand if the service was worth it, but it's not. **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unfortunately, it did not solve my problems. I tried it agian after several months and the issues in Corpay's functionality persisted, so I had to let it go since I need something reliable to recommend to my clients. ### 2. They stated it would take 3-5 business days to review and get setup. He offered a $10,000 line to cover all our monthly AP. Then after 4 weeks of struggling with their internal department they came back with a $1000 credit line that covers not any single AP monthly invoice. Then after using it twice they reduced our line to $200 citing "Market Conditions". When I called to complain our representative had transferred to a different division. When I called to cancel, they called me back 4 times and sent me two emails asking what the reason was and only after making two additional calls and being transferred 3 times was I able to completely cancel the account. This company and their site of financial services is a piece a garbage not worth the investment of your time. **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, they fell short on every single part of the service. **Official Response from Tony Williams:** > Hello Steven. The macroeconomics this year did take a toll on some accounts and unfortunately, your business was impacted. We understand that this was a major inconvenience. We would like to apologize for your experience and will be taking your feedback to improve our process moving forward. ### 3. I used to like Corpay. **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Chris J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023 **What do you like best about Corpay One?** If I HAD to pic something, it would be that it integrates to QBO. (Most of the time.) If it doesn't, it is going to take weeks getting someone to get it synced. **What do you dislike about Corpay One?** The thing I dislike most, is it isn't free anymore. It already takes WAY too long for money to be mailed/sent out, and now it's going to cost us to have these ridiculously slow payments? **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are mailing payments/sending ACH payments for my clients, but at an incredibly slow speed. If it is an ACH payment, it should be just about automatic. Now, there are going to be fees on top of Corpay sitting on that money for a few days to collect interest. Unacceptable. ### 4. They don't know what they're doing. The terms are suuuper vague and then they just keep charging you for stuff. Really wasn't helpful at all and infelt like I was tricked. It's NOT a credit card. Don't expect to be able to use it like one. Bill pay with ACH function isn't free with your account, it isn't even cheap. What a total load of balogny. **What do you dislike about Corpay One?** Almost everything. They never even had me sign an agreement or anything and then suddenly I was subject to these terms but they weren't even comprehensive or clear and in general the UX of setting up account and using it was just awful. The whole thing out me in a worse position than I'd been in before. **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not sure, and it's really not. They offer bill pay services along with this credit line I guess you could call it? But the bill pay won't work with the line of credit it will only pull from an outside institution, which makes no sense and it is not free. ### 5. Failure to reimburse for payments not received. My client's first bill, their vendor, never received it. They received a late payment due to this, which I had to pay since I chose this company. We canceled the amount through Cor Pay; the customer had to pay the bill again while waiting for a refund which took up to 10 days. 2. If you do not value your time to fix their mistakes and miscommunications then I highly recommend. **What do you dislike about Corpay One?** Poor or non-existent support. Constant mistakes and miscommunication that all favor Corpayone's company to keep your monies. I am still waiting for their agreed-upon refund. **What problems is Corpay One solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for a solution for ACH that had good reviews and reasonable pricing.
