"Simple Cross-Border Payments with Transparent Rates and Excellent Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

Very simple cross border payment system. The Ux is simple and easy to manage, and our account manager Brad is excellent and always available to help. Rates are transparent and competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border?

The website design is quite basic, and could do with some updating. Inbound payments are sometimes held without flagging to us, which can be frustrating. Fortunately this is fairly rare and our account manager is always on hand to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Corpay Delivers Clear, Professional FX Solutions with Exemplary Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

The Corpay team takes your FX-related issues and develops a range of solutions. They clearly outline the pros and cons of each option, then cost it out with a clear timeline and the steps involved. I’ve worked with George and Michael in different roles, and they have been consistently exemplary in both professionalism and performance across each business I’ve worked at. What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border?

Corpay is a market leader, and with the capabilities and resources they make available to clients, they are genuinely eager to assist and add extra value. That said, not every company is operationally able to execute on all of the ideas they provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Contractor Payments, Lightning Fast"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

I use Corpay Cross-Border to pay contractors in Mexico, and it has made the process much easier compared to our previous method with bank transfers. After the initial setup, the speed is the best feature; it's much, much faster and more seamless than using wire transfers. Overall, it just has fewer issues and speeds up everything from beginning to end, including a quicker approval and initiation process. It's not just faster but also more accurate. While the initial setup wasn't super easy, the Corpay team was really helpful, making the process straightforward once we understood what was needed with the file formatting. Once implemented, everything worked great, and I'm very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border?

The big issue for us is the approval process. The formatting is sometimes an issue when we submit our expenses. We sometimes have issues with the formatting of the CSV files. Once we get that worked out, there's no other problems. Also, I wouldn't say that the initial setup was really easy, but we had a lot of help from the Corpay team, and mostly, it was about understanding exactly what was needed in formatting from the files we needed to send. "Effortless FX Management with Competitive Rates"
5/5
What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

I really appreciate that Corpay Cross-Border is very easy to use, making it simple for our team without causing any issues. Setting up new accounts for regions like Mexico and Europe is straightforward, allowing us to get going fast, which is fantastic for our expansion into Europe. The whole program, including the website, is user-friendly, and setting up beneficiaries is simple and quick. Once accounts are verified internally, it's just seconds to set up a new vendor to pay, which makes it hassle-free. This simplicity means anyone on our AP team with authorization can handle the setup, without needing specialists, which really streamlines our operations as we're growing. The support in loading vendors to avoid manual entry into the portal is also a real time-saver. Overall, the better FX rates compared to our bank save us a considerable amount of money on every payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very efficient"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

I appreciate having an account manager that can be reached easily. And the transaction support is straightforward. Most activity I can accomplish on my own once the account is set up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border?

The fact that you have to have such a high level of activity to use them as a small business. Plus, even if you are a bigger business, you only get the best rates if you have a high volume of currency conversion activity. Also you have to have high levels of foreign transactions to get the best exchange rates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Easy, and Reliable Payments"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

I really appreciate Corpay Cross-Border for its ease of use. It's straightforward to import the dollar amounts that need to be paid, and since our suppliers' details are already set up, I can manually key in the payments without a hitch. I also like that it produces a nice-looking PDF report at the end that I can save into my directory, which is very convenient. The speed at which it processes payments is impressive; it's really quick at paying our suppliers without the usual two-day wait at banks. Additionally, the FX transaction conversions between US and Canadian dollars are handy, especially since it's quick to do that with our account manager. Overall, I've found the program to be beneficial for our company's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border?

"Straightforward Overseas Payments with Better Exchange Rates"
5/5
What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

The platform is very straightforward to use. We mainly rely on it to pay our overseas suppliers, and it removes a lot of the hassle of dealing with foreign exchange rates. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and once a payee is set up in the system, sending money only takes a few clicks. On top of that, the exchange rates are noticeably better than what our traditional bank was offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border?

The built-in reporting tools are fine overall, but they could be more customizable. At times, I still need to export the data to Excel to get the exact view I want for our end-of-month reconciliation. It’s not a huge issue and it does the job, but more flexible reporting would save me an extra step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Wire Transfers, Immediate Confirmations"
5/5
What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

I use Corpay Cross-Border for wire transfer payments to suppliers, and I love how it has simplified the wire transfer process, saving us a lot of time. The ease of entering wire transfers online and receiving confirmations immediately is fantastic. I just log into our account, select a beneficiary, amount, and reason for the wire transfer, and Corpay processes it seamlessly, emailing me a confirmation with the amount converted to US dollars. They made the initial setup very easy by sending a list of required information, and we were set up within a couple of days. Corpay approached us with better rates, which was a great advantage. "Effortless ACH Setup with Room for Report Improvements"
5/5
What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

I find Corpay Cross-Border fairly intuitive and easy to use, which makes it simple to train our staff. I was able to transition our AP staff to setting up payments in Corpay for ACH quickly. The initial setup was easy because our account rep worked with us and did most of the setup; I've only had to add new users since then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border?

We make ACH payments out of 4 different bank accounts, each belonging to a different company in our group. I would like to be able to report on a summary of payments by bank account. Right now the report merges all companies together. I need a report to provide each accounts payable team their own remittance summary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable for Cross-Border Cannabis Transactions, But Reporting Needs Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

Corpay Cross-Border doesn't stop us from paying customers across borders when other big accounts do. It's easy to set up beneficiaries, and I like having the ability to trace wire transfers. This feature allows us to catch if payments are stuck or don't reach their destination, making our suppliers more trusting of us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border?

I find the report function to be quite finicky and unreliable. It used to work well, but now it only works about 50% of the time, which I find frustrating. I also wish there was a notification when a payment gets stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
