I also love the feature of payment tracking that we can share with our vendors - having that information helps keep us all at ease. **What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border?** The one thing that has been a little confusing at first is once a payment has been approved by us, it seems to disappear from the system for a little while until a confirmation is sent out. The platform is intuituve and user friendly. We use it almost on a daily basis. Implementation was straightforward. Once you get approved, its easy to be up and running. They also offer training on navegating the system. Their pricing is competitive with other providers / financial institutions and they may be able to tailor pricing based on your currency exchange volume which is a definite plus. A big shout out to Lena for her exceptional service. The people and the product to sum it up. I have worked with the Corpay Cross-Border team in some capacity for over 10 years. When I switched organizations, one of the first things I did was to bring the Corpay Cross-Border team, service and product to my new company. We were implemented very quickly and up and running in our target timeframe. And, the team at Corpay Cross-Border is amazing. They are always quick to respond even if they don't have the answer immediately.
