Currently, we have to esclate to the Corpay team to set at the back end in the system. 2- As per my understanding as of now, the incoming amounts are not allocated automatically/directly to our account and every time we notified to the Corpay team about the incoming amounts to apply our accounts. This should be automated process. 3- Currently we have to make a deal through payment option. I would suggest that it should be treated separated through dedicated modules. 4- There is no 2-Factor authentication available for scure logins. **What problems is Corpay Cross-Border solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1- A deidicated / segregated bank accounts are available for each currency along with their IBANs'. Before we would have to go to our bank's branch to do the wires, and that always had issues and depending on the teller,it would not be straight forward. Their forward contract system is easy to use. The Corpay team was very helpful getting us on-boarded. Their platform is the best we've found, espcially when compared to others that appear to be more of a tool to send family members money but claim to be for business. We weren't getting good rates with our bank, but with Corpay we received much better rates. However, the new $5k limit which requires making small payments online (otherwise a fee applies) means we use other FX company for small payments when the payment is for a new vendor, as this means we need to manually set up the beneficiary details in Corpay portal. **What problems is Corpay Cross-Border solving and how is that benefiting you?** FX Management - our Corpay account manager offers us wide of FX products to minimise FX risk in the business. Also, Corpay deals can be rolled over which makes the process easy and flexible, when the vendor payments change.
