Having a multilingual team to help bridge the cross-border gap has really supported our organization, and our executive is consistently on top of things—always keeping us informed and notifying us when opportunities arise. Working with the online website has been easy as the websites interface is friendly and efficient. When funds become available the ACH and wire times are fast. Corpay has also been considerably competitive in the rates they give our company. We have a couple of FX solutions active but corpay has been the best. **What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border?** The only thing I would mention is the previous UI interface, although it has recently been upgraded. It has always worked perfectly and efficiently; it just looked a bit outdated. When there are issues that prevents a client from booking a payment and the issue is on the Corpay side of things, it is frustrating because it is hard to determine how long for the issue to be resolved.
