I like that Corpay Cross-Border is organized and relatively simple to use. It helps with giving wires in different currencies and keeping a list of all of our huge wires. The instructions and handling of currencies are features I appreciate. Once everything is submitted and the beneficiaries are built, it works pretty well. It helps us ensure we have all the correct information for the banks and intermediary banks, which is really valuable and saves time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border? I don't like the most recent update of Corpay Cross-Border. It makes it difficult to have a clear list of all the wires going out, and the user interface could be more intuitive. It's hard to figure out how to solve each wire and beneficiary. Switching between bank accounts is also confusing, especially since we have two organizations accessing it. I use Corpay Cross-Border to process payments to various service providers across different currencies. I really appreciate their approach to solving our queries; they are always problem-solving oriented and keep us updated while resolving issues. I like their responsiveness to our queries and, even though it's a sophisticated and deeply automated platform, there's a human touch that I can still feel. The first time I used Corpay Cross-Border, it was not that easy. There are many functions, but not all of them can be navigated in a very user-friendly environment. I initially set some wrong transfers because there isn't a final page that recaps all details of the transfer before you confirm it. The reporting can also be improved. I like the ability to use multi-currency accounts and the ease of searching for transactions and converting into numerous currencies with Corpay Cross-Border. These features allow for efficient management of our cash flow and provide visibility into exchange rates from the payee's perspective. And on top of that, I'd like for the deal memo screen to present a wider range instead of always having to set the date manually because it's always preset to just be the current day of activity. The beneficiaries template is very easy to navigate and populate as the system will prepopulate information based on the BICs and Swift codes. Also easy to edit the details review before and after creation. Overall, it is simple to navigate and retrieve information for payments and issues/queries tend to be resolved quickly. I would say generating activity statements can be a bit more straight in terms of obtaining a report similar to a bank statement. However, there is an understanding that Corpay is not a "bank" and once you understand how to generate the specified reports for your internal needs, the system becomes more user friendly.
