Our current US bank doesn't allow us to send or receive in CAD!? The platform is very intuitive and user friendly, fairly easy to navigate. The support from the dedicated account manager is top notch in fairness, they are always very responsive to emails and phone calls whenever we require assistance. The platform was fairly easy to set up and implement, industry standard KYC requirements which are not out of the ordinary at all. Corpay is the heart of our banking solution as we heavily rely on not only the FX features, but also the ability to send and receive payments, something which we do on a daily basis. Only recently were named IBAN accounts launched for USD and EUR, however some other competitors already have named IBAN accounts in far more currencies than this. Quick and easy solution to receive cash from our investors, FX it and deploy it to portfolio companies (we are an investment management firm). FX is an integral part of our business and we use it heavily, so Corpay is great in this respect. It is also helpful that we can make third party payments and receive third party funds through the Corpay account. My Fx Dealer Contact at Corpay is very knowledgeable, friendly, and understands our business well. One particular service that was extremely helpful lately was setting up a Euro Funds bank account to help us take in customer payments and expedite the currency trade process at extremely low cost and setup time. I appreciate the quick service and limited fees of Corpay Cross-Border the most. Where other banks would charge a service charge for incoming USD payments, Corpay does not, and it keeps us and our clients' bank fees low. One thing that comes to mind is reporting. I am required to reconcile the account on a regular basis, and it is hard to get a digital copy of the transactions. It’s given us a true one-stop shop for international payments. We’ve gone from processing just a handful of wires across different banks—often taking hours—to handling dozens at once through a single bulk import in about 15 minutes. Implementation was easy peasy. My boss is not the most tech savvy person and she enjoyed the implementation and how helpful the Corpay team was through the process. What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border? This isn’t a dislike note for Cross-Border, but more of an observation. This is one of the most accurate currency exchange sites that we use for our company... Should maintenance be active and we cannot access the site, unfortunately, we then have to resort to Google, which we have found to be less accurate for our constant in invoices and paying invoices internationally. I honestly would have to say that the ONLY thing that I don't like about Corpay, as of recently, I have to constantly use a text (SMS) verification code every time I log into the account. The international payments are processed swiftly, getting debited from our bank account in a few days, and recipients get their payments very promptly.
