Oh, it's not that I dislike anything - just more of a suggestion. And this will probably show up in a later update, so I'll be happy to wait and see... In the Invoice Payment module, I would love to be able to access default G/L distributions and tagging. Not a need, just a want! It's not hindering my using the system at all. Nothing that I don't like about Paymerang. The only thing is the location. I'm in CA, but Paymerang is located in VA, so checks are coming from VA and that might take couple more days to deliver, but this is really small thing and I really don't have any issue. Paymerang has amazing cusomer service. Implementation was easy and Paymerang follows up with you regularly until you are used to their system. They respond quickly to emails and are always able to resolve any issues. I love how easliy information transfers from Payemang into Blackbaud. When using Blackbaud NXT, I am able to pull up images of any invoices that have scanned into Paymerang. I am in Paymerang mutliple times every day and the system is very user friendly. The only dowside is that the software does not always pick up the account or customer number so that needs to be enterend manually when that happens. Also, the feature where you could enlarge an invoice makign it easier to read is no longer there.
