I like the ease of uploading my payment files. Many of our vendors have opted in for the electronic payments and that keeps our customers happy, as well. The reporting has also been easy to use. Their response team is great at fast responses to questions and issues. I like that I can query on a vendor and it will list all of the payments to that vendor and show the status (settled/issued). They also send a weekly settlement file which is helpful. The whole process in general is so much faster and easier than when I was processing everything in-house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Corpay Complete? We have had a lot of frustration with payments that are mailed with a physical check. Especially at first, as there was apparently a spacing problem that cut off the city & state so many of our payments were just lost somewhere in USPS. Once they resolved that issue, it has been much better, but the delay on physical payments is still very frustrating. When they do reissue a payment, I wish they would have a place on the payment file to let me know why. Did it come back? Was the CC refused? Some kind of detail would be helpful for when my vendors call. Fortunately this is not the case with most of our vendors. There are just some I pay inhouse to avoid the issue. Instead of printing and processing all the payments then stuffing the envelopes, I can just upload a payment file. And the rebates are a nice boost as well, especially in our current economy. Bank reconciliations are easier, but thats about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Corpay Complete? Many things were NOT communicated to us before we signed our contract. There are monthly fees for using the system which no one told us about (in addition to the price per check, ACH, or card payment). They claimed it is in the contract, but that is extremely vague, as it could have been assumed that these are the fees for the payments only. Not to mention, I received an email before we ever signed up that said there was "no cost" to us! Misleading. They said in your demo that they reach out to the vendors to switch them to ACH/card payments, but what they don't tell you is that they have a window of time in which they do this. They only contact vendors between the time you import the payment file and the time you fund the payments, so if you import and then fund right after, they never reach out! They have a minimum card payment amount (I think it's something like $300) so if you have a small invoice, they will pay by check (even if the vendor takes card/ACH payments) which costs US more money. During their demo, they showed us that you could upload PDF files or payment information that would go to the vendor; however, that is not the case. They simply keep this information on file and use it "if they need to." They made it sound like if you had anything you needed to tell the vendor (such as why an invoice was short paid) that all you had to do was upload that information and it would go to the vendor. Nope! If the vendor calls Paymerang or questions a payment, they have that document to "reference," but they do NOTHING with it otherwise. We have an account rep, but recently when I emailed him about a problem, I was told to "email support" because that would be faster. Overall, I am extremely disappointed due to the lack of communication, misleading information, and poor customer service. My suggestion would be for Paymerang to explain all these little "sub-points" in the contract so that the client fully understands their processes before signing. Overall, it seems that when there are problems, it causes me more of a headache because not only do I have to reach out to the vendor to fix, but now I also have to reach out to Paymerang. The benefit of using Paymerang is that it takes a lot of the check reconciliation burden off of us and allows us to focus on other areas. We lose the ability to control how timely the payments are made to our vendors. It has been a little difficult trying to navigate making sure everything is done in a timely manner to still meet our vendor's expectations. Our vendors are all pretty confused when they receive payments. The payments are going out and sometimes it takes over a week for them to get it. Batch numbers are a bunch of goblety goop. You can't see descriptions of jobs or even job numbers in the payments. You don't see attachments from Vista that would facilitate review. Self-administration is weak (for users as well as configuration of approvals). Rebate reports are non existent without going to a third party website. Portal is a little slow. Support is slow. That the ACH and CC payment total is drafted the next day and 99% ties back to expected amounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Corpay Complete? I came in 60 days after implementation. Many issues had occurred since implementation and NVP was in the middle of a very slow process of correction. - Vendors who should have never been mailed a check - were mailed a check. (Large checks $5M +, international (Europe)) - Vendors who should have not been set up as CC payees - were set up as CC payees. When these vendor payment types were corrected, they sometimes were switched back to the incorrect method without any heads up or notification from NVP. NVP didn't take our vendor file and upload the type of preferred payment and when ACH accept the banking information that we had in our system which had been used and was verified. Instead they uploaded 55k records and sent all of our vendors checks for the first couple of payments. We lose sight of the updated payment information since vendor contacts NVP directly. (very sticky service) On several occasions their 3rd party check printer failed to print/mail the checks and/or failed to send positive pay file to our bank.
