The presence of the SOC is important since we only have three people in IT. and we are also teachers and have other jobs at the school. I haven't found a good way to use the Access Permission Violations that are triggered when someone from outside the US accesses an account. I've been using Coro Cybersecurity for a couple of years and have been very pleased. Coro was simple and fast to implement to all user/devices in our company. Having a central view and being able to remotely resolve alerts is a HUGE time saver for my team, since we have locations in multiple metropolitan areas. We've learned a lot about user behavior and been able to resolve things proactively vs waiting for user reports of possible issues. You can train people to beware of phishing and viruses, but they are still fallible.
