  ### 2. Intuitive Interface with Easy Setup, But Sensitive Detection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandt G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

I like Coro Cybersecurity for its simplicity. The interface is very intuitive, and the settings are easy to manage. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus. Overall, the ease of use and the intuitive design make Coro Cybersecurity stand out for me.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

I find the sensitivity of PII, PHI, PCI detection a bit too strong, and it flags a lot of false positives.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coro Cybersecurity helps me tackle cybersecurity challenges and comply with regulatory standards.

**Official Response from Yana Persky:**

> We're glad to hear that you find our interface intuitive and the setup process easy to manage. ### 3. Mostly good

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CJ S. | Technology Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

Added automated end user email quarantine reports for enabling end users to identify false positives and report them.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

I don't like that end users can't report any email as phishing, or otherwise via the gmail Coro add on. For example if the email is already marked as spam or any other trigger the add on will not allow do to perform any actions.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Filtering and monitoring account access and email filtering. EDR still needs setup.

**Official Response from Josh K:**

> Thanks for sharing your feedback! If you're willing, I'd love to hop on a call and hear your thoughts. We're always looking for ways to improve.

  ### 6. Comprehensive Single Dashboard for Device Security Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

A single dashboard that give a comprehensive view of devices and there security status. Good support with a quick respond time when initiate tickets

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

It can be too rigorous, which not a bad thing but can produce false positives

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into our email security that helps limits spam and phishing messages with over 67% of incoming emails tagged as spam.

**Official Response from Yana Persky:**

> We're glad to hear that you appreciate our single dashboard for device security visibility and our responsive support team. We understand that the rigorous nature of our system can sometimes produce false positives, and we are constantly working to improve this aspect of our service.

  ### 7. Security Software I Can Understand

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory G. | Director of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

The dashboard, reports, and ticket responses are all things that I can understand. The presence of the SOC is important since we only have three people in IT. and we are also teachers and have other jobs at the school. We are not always immediately available when there is a security incident.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

I haven't found a good way to use the Access Permission Violations that are triggered when someone from outside the US accesses an account. Several of the students use VPNs, and there is a lot of foreign travel, so I get a lot of false alerts.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need EDR for our cybersecurity insurance, and our previous solution was incomprehensible to me. Although it checked a box, it was not much help, especially considering the price. Coro allows us to meet the insurance requirements, and it gives me much more visibility into our security situation.

**Official Response from Y. Brandriss:**

> Hi Gregory, It's great to hear that Coro has made security management more accessible while balancing multiple roles, helping you meet insurance requirements and providing the visibility and confidence. Your feedback is important to us.

  ### 8. One of my favorite vendors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William M. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

I've been using Coro Cybersecurity for a couple of years and have been very pleased. Coro was simple and fast to implement to all user/devices in our company. Having a central view and being able to remotely resolve alerts is a HUGE time saver for my team, since we have locations in multiple metropolitan areas. We've learned a lot about user behavior and been able to resolve things proactively vs waiting for user reports of possible issues. Overall, it’s a solid solution that actually delivers on what it promises.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

As with any cybersecurity platform, there are occasional false positives, but it's easy to create rules around them as they occur.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coro Cybersecurity helps my small team to be aware of and resolve security issues centrally and quickly. The Coro dashboard provides useful and actionable information for my team in real time.

**Official Response from Y. Brandriss:**

> Hi William, Thank you for considering Coro one of your favorite vendors. We truly appreciate your trust and partnership. We’re glad that Coro has made it easier for your team to manage security across multiple locations and resolve issues proactively. It’s especially meaningful to us that you feel that Coro delivers on what it promises—that’s exactly what we strive to achieve.

  ### 9. Coro helps us secure our Microsoft 365 implementation....

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerome B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

It's a clear, and easy to use, one stop for all cloud cybersecurity. It keeps me informed of potential threats allowing me to decide what items need further exploration and which are begnine. A lot of these can be automated as well, so I've been able to slowly reduce the clutter over the years, allowing coro to decide what I really need to look at, or what it can manage for me. Implementation was super easy, as was integration with Microsoft 365. We have a wonderful account manager that we speak with quarterly and whom is alwways avalible to help us with any support needs that need extra attention. New features are often released and new products can be easily beta tested.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

At first the system will alert you to A LOT of stuff. It can take some time to fine tune to automation to your liking and pare this down.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to check a lot of boxes with Coro. Initially I just wanted a simple solution to secure our Microsoft 365 implementation, particularly for PCI and PII. I also got endpoint detection, email security watching for PCI and PII, and a lot of other features that help me secure our Microsoft 365 implementation.

**Official Response from Rachel Cheyfitz:**

> We're thrilled to hear that Coro Cybersecurity has been a valuable asset in securing your Microsoft 365 implementation. Regarding the initial alert volume, the notifications work themselves out of course, based on the way our AI "learns" your business and expected behaviors. Glad you hung in there and discovered the value of Coro! It's great to know that our platform is now providing clear and easy-to-use cloud cybersecurity, along with informative threat alerts and automation features.

  ### 10. Coro Addresses the Future of Cybersecurity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam B. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

Coro is very easy and intuitive. Using SSO, integration was fast and we had things up in minutes, and had rules smoothed out in about a week so that we rarely need to do anything but check the logs.

Additionally, I'm a fan of the included AV software and management.

Given the affordability and the added sense of security, Coro comfortably adds a much needed layer of protection that will only become more necessary with time.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

I wish there was some depth to whitelisting. Our organization uses specific IDs that flag as credit cards and warn about policy breaching. It can definitely obfuscate actual credit card risks, but it is better safe than sorry.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our organization has grown, we've been trying to grow our technology with it. Coro allows an easy additional layer of protection between our organization and our cloud workspace.

**Official Response from Rachel Cheyfitz:**

> Thanks for sharing your experiences with us. We're really glad to hear about the positive aspects, and we're equally keen to learn from the negatives. Regarding your comment on whitelisting for data loss prevention, we're on it! This issue is on our radar and part of our action plan. Your feedback just reinforces the importance of addressing it. Regarding our antivirus and overall endpoint security, we invite you to check out our SE Labs report, of which we're particularly proud. Thanks for emphasizing the need!

  ### 11. (6.5/10) - Coro has some great features, but the support needs to be approved upon.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

What is great about Coro is the 'Report Phishing' button add-on for email, which is very easy to role out. Since the 'Report Phishing' add-on has been enabled, there has been an increase in users reporting phishing. This has helped us identify email threats much quicker and effeciently. On top of this, when an email is flagged automatically by Coro, or by the user manually, it is easy to remove the email for everyone else in the organization. Coro also makes it very easy to block, or allow emails, either 1 time or add the particular email address to the allow/block list.

It is also great that Coro quarantines files marked as malicious, this way you can respond accordingly and not have to jump the gun each time. The quarantine allows us to trust that the malware is contained, and that we can conduct investigation when we have time without much worry.

The other part of Coro that works well, is detecting PII, PCI and other sensitive information within emails sent, and on device endpoints. This allows us to to see who is sending sensitive information, and storing it. Which thus allows us to respond with policy accoringly.

The last part I like about Coro is the ease of use of creating policies and applying them. Our firm uses the 'Block mass storage devices' and 'Block portable devices' option, which allows us to block USB access and restric phone access to only charging allowed. This helps keep our physical security posture better, as we can scan USB's on dumby machines before entry into our firm devices.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

As mentioned in the title, Coro has great features but the support needs to approve. On top of this, there are some features that are supposed to exist, that either don't or don't work the way there are supposed to.

For instance, for any ticket that comes in, whether it's access policy violation, phishing email, malicious software, infected process, the comment on the ticket is 9.5/10 times very generic and doesn't provide any insight into the issue at hand. While we appreciate the quick process of Coro for detecting suspicious activity, we sometimes need more than just a generic response. You can always reach out, but the support is still minimal. Something that would improve this experience is a quick note on why something was detected. and the recommended steps in solving the issue.

Also, one feature that has not worked for us is the detection of PII and other information within images. Support had mentioned that the images need to be of certain quality for detection, but this has never worked for us (we send many images containing PII) and our images are not low qualitity. This is an instance of a feature that should work, but doesn't work properly and the support again was very minimal.

Aside from a few aspects of Coro that needs a lot improvement, a couple of features would make Coro even better.

1. Being able to scan USB's from the console before allowing access to them.
2. When malicious software is quarantined, there should be a secure way for Coro admins to open the file or have access to transfer the quarantined file to a dumby machine/isolated computer to check the file out as there is often false positives. The quarantine is great, but it does make it hard to double check what was detected.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coro has brought an increase to users reporting phishing emails, which has helped us identify email threats and mitigate them accordingly. The use of policies has also helped tremendously in securing our physical security posture. The detection of PII, PCI and other sensitive information also helps our firm by allowing us to see who is sending/storing sensitive information and allowing us to respond with policy accordingly. Finally, Coro is helping with our EDR, and the quarantine process allows us to respond when we can as we can trust the malware is blocked.

**Official Response from Y. Brandriss:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback! It's great to hear that Coro has improved phishing detection, policy enforcement, and endpoint security at your firm. Your concerns about support and feature functionality are important to us, and we're always working to improve our users' experience. We'll consider your feedback on USB scanning and access to quarantined files as we work on enhancing our platform's capabilities. We appreciate your insights and remain committed to providing the best security solutions for your needs.

  ### 12. Easy to manage security solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanna Z. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

I like how much work it does in an easily managed interface. Email secuity and EDR in a single easy to use interface.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

With the ease of use, sometimes Coro automatically handles some situations that I wish were highlighted so I could follow up.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our largest problem has been pfishing emails. While we train the staff, they were innundated with it and some things would slip through. Coro has made managing this so much easier and we've had far fewer incidents since implementing Coro

**Official Response from Yana Persky:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Coro Cybersecurity easy to manage and that it has been effective in handling phishing emails. We appreciate your feedback about the automatic handling of situations and will take it into consideration for future improvements.

  ### 13. Coronet experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

Very easy-to-use interface. Very customizable. Customer support is awesome. Automatic lock-out when trying to log in from out of country has been helpful. Over the years, there have been substantial improvements to the UI / UX.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

More "false positive" malware detections than preferred, but probably a better safe than sorry case.

**Recommendations to others considering Coro Cybersecurity:**

It's hard to say that it prevents any kind of attack since you can only prove the negative but so far so good! It's very easy to use and the ability to configure is quite handy.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The spam filter continues to improve and is helping identify some emails that get through the Microsoft spam filter. It's good to know that the virus scanning is extended out to areas not previously covered, e.g., SharePoint and OneDrive. The unexpected logins from outside the US has saved us a couple of times.

  ### 14. Exceptional Cybersecurity Solutions by Coro

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

Coro Cybersecurity has exceeded my expectations when it comes to protecting my digital assets. In today's world, where cyber threats are constantly evolving, having a reliable cybersecurity partner is paramount. Coro not only meets but exceeds the mark in this regard.

First and foremost, their team of experts is top-notch. They are always up to date with the latest threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring that their clients stay one step ahead of potential cyberattacks. The depth of knowledge and dedication they bring to the table is truly impressive.

Coro's suite of cybersecurity solutions is comprehensive and adaptable to various business needs. Their user-friendly interface makes it easy for even non-technical users to navigate and manage their security systems effectively.

One aspect that truly sets Coro apart is their commitment to proactive defense. They don't just react to incidents but actively seek out and prevent threats before they become a problem. This level of proactiveness has saved me from potential data breaches on multiple occasions.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

False Positives: Overly aggressive security systems can generate false positives, alerting you to non-existent threats. Dealing with false alarms can be time-consuming.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company sends a lot of PHI and Coro is great at detecting PHI emails and alerting on those who should not be doing it.

**Official Response from Rachel Cheyfitz:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback, we're pleased to hear you've had a positive experience overall! Your point about false positives is well taken and we agree that minimizing false positives should be a line item on any security company's to-do list. It's something we're continuously working on, and expect you'll be seeing less of it in the future.

  ### 15. all in one security application

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric S. | IT Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

Works well with other applications without causing issues and has everything in the portal for control.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

Time it takes for them to go over reported emails or caught emails that are false positive to release

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my users safe in my environment from any phishing or malware related issues

  ### 16. Excellent Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed H. | Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

The product is user-friendly and has significantly improved the quality of information obtained. The integration and management processes have been exceptionally smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

Difficulty in removing some viruses, Users cannot whitelist suspected emails on their own. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the IT team to whitelist any legitimate emails that may have been mistakenly flagged.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers an additional layer of protection and alerting that provides our team with peace of mind.

  ### 17. Easy to use. Single page / portal to review all endpoints at once.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

Coro's "Single Pane of Glass" approach is very easy for admins to quickly check and keep an eye on the entire organization at once!
End-point install was very easy.
Configuration was also a breeze, and customer support is always available for help if needed.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

E-Mail notifications regarding alerts could be more informative. Sometimes I get an alert, but the description is just too generic and could use an action button. (i.e. If I'm not in the office, I could choose an action button to respond to the alert without having to login to the solution, review the alert and then respond.)

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coro allows our Agency to better focus our efforts toward our ultimate goal: Helping our clients.
Their solution allows us to concentrate on our mission, rather than attempting to monitor all of our end-points' security status from multiple vendors.
The ability to "at a glance" check the status of everything is a massive time-saver!

  ### 18. Coro is the best in Class for CyberSecurity!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Relations | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

I love the ease of the dashboard with Coro, I was helped by a team who cared and could easily roll this out to my team.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

One downside of using Coro is that sometimes too many tickets show up and they may not be actual threats.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing all my users in one dashboard

  ### 19. Excellent product, excellent customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?**

We've never had a security breach while using Coronet. Some infected files were downloaded but the endpoint protection caught them all. The dashboard is handy. Customer service has always responded promptly.

**What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?**

Some of the "flags" are a bit 'sensitive.' For example, we get a lot of "false negatives" on the password exposed in emails check. But that's just a minor annoyance, at most.

**What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Endpoint protection, spam filtering, and geo blocking. As mentioned, we have not had any infections, despite several ill-advised downloads. Having the extra spam filtering on top of Office 365 is helpful in getting rid of more junk.
