I like the way cornerstone allows you to formulate concepts into workable processes that are intuitive. Working with reports can sometimes be tedious but cornerstone allows me to take a concept and customize it to a step process that is understandable and can translate into an easy training process. The thing that I dislike most about cornerstone is that deletions aren't easily accommodated. Understandably so, however, it makes utilizing naming schemes as best practices a duplication headache. As an technical training design universal formatting is the basics to standardizing a process which means many drafts and edits have to process before the final objective is met.
