It works super well if your performance and cultural needs are closely aligned with Cornerstone. **What do you dislike about Cornerstone Performance?** This system is not designed to custom fit for small companies. Selling this product to companies without a comp analyst and system admin on staff is borderline negligent. **Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Performance:** Know your needs before you buy. **What problems is Cornerstone Performance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company was not prepared to make the performance and cultural expectation changes needed to adopt this system. That lack of preparedness made a messy implementation (no fault of bluewater) and an impossible adoption process. It's functional, but completed items disappear by default, making prior period referencing more cumbersome than necessary. **What problems is Cornerstone Performance solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Cornerstone OnDemand for in-house corporate trainings across all departments, which allows all employees to see courses available to them. ### 4.
