It's not intuitive. Being able to recommend training based on previous activity and skills needed is great. It takes a while to properly kick in and be usefully, but the slog is worth it in the end. **What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?** The user experience isn't always aligned or intuitive. Having Learner Home, the training record and a separate place for face-to-face sessions creates multiple places to be for training. If there were one central place for it all, then this will solve all of this. There is also a massive focus on finding content to improve ROI on the cost of trainings, but sometimes AI suggestions are not enough and people just want to casually find training - this isn't so easy. **What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main issue you have is the inability to browse for training. The principle of searching and having recommendation is awesome - when you know what you're looking for. If you don't, where do you start? Sometimes you just want a bigger browse feature - much like the old "Browse For Training" feature looked - just with a modern twist. The solving of this issue is to have strong promotion comms strategy to firstly promote the searching of content but also inspire some of the keyword searches that are needed. You almost need to "re-train" the idea of content locating to your populations. ### 10. Areas of the system do not look the same, and consistency of the backend is lacking. The Learning LMS has not kept up with current technologies. Very small thumbnail image sizes, videos that you cannot track progress - only a mark as complete button resulting it a lot of user trust, and lack of ability to add audio files are just a few limitations of the technology in the platform. **What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a unified source to track all training in the company with consistent reporting and baseline. ### 26. It feels like there is a more modern interface that the developers have built on top of an older interface, but at times it feels like you have to go to that older and less intuitive interface to access the full functionality, which is not a great user experience. They've accumulated lots of features over the years, so if you can master it, it can provide you a solution. **What do you dislike about Cornerstone Learning?** Not Intuitive for end users. And for an admin,it is extremely difficult to use. So many tabs to complete to publish a course, it's ridiculous and time-consuming. Assignments and reports are also overly complex. I tried to use it for training customers (extended enterprise) but it was not flexible enough or cost effective enough to meet our needs. I was so glad to find a different LMS! **Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning:** Try it out first. Also check into their support model. I couldn't get answers to questions, so i had to attend group calls and ask experts, but even the experts were not sure of the answers. Beware, because it seems like a super old platform that they keep trying to put face lifts on. But you can't escape from the inflexibility of old technology. **What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?** Need an LMS, plus a lightweight goal setting module. It works. But it requires lots of explaining and training in order to use, ugh! I tried to use it for customer education but it didn't have the flexibility to accommodate my needs. ### 47.
