Reporting capabilities are expansive, but at times, data needs to be exported to create advanced dashboards. Automated Email Notifications are good assets of the system as well. I like how they are always striving to be the best in the business and have an agile approach to updating the system. The skills functionality is helpful in impacting career conversations. Interest List Management and evaluation functionality are not easy to use. Edge import templates need to be updated to better describe required field formats. Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Learning: Really great system with a lot of robust options. What problems is Cornerstone Learning solving and how is that benefiting you? We were able to consolidate our learning opportunities and track compliance of required training. We are also able to create dashboard data for our managers and leaders. We are building the foundation of our skills and hoping this will help with employee development/engagement. The new people matrix is proving to be a wonderful tool for managers and CSOD has been very open to suggestions. Excited to see the future of this functionality.
