It is an all in one system. For not specializing in one specific area (Comp, Benefits, Sales Comp), they do a pretty good job of offering a product that suits the entire organization. As I am in total rewards, there was no "pricing" tool to do job evaluations. That had to be done with an another system (ADP, MarketPay) to complement the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do like that there is a hub or portal where I can access all reviews, documents, paystubs, opportunities, etc. It is very convenient to go to Cornerstone and access and locate anything I may need in relation to my employment with my company. It can sometimes be confusing to navigate. I wanted to print out my W2's and had to use the search function to locate. I do not know if this is how my employer has set up the page, or if all Cornerstone is structured that way. I think it would also be helpful to have training to utilize the product.
