"Review of Cority Platform and Service"

What do you like best about CorityOne?

The company is very responsive to the needs of its customers. For those of Cority hosted, the updates done three times a year are directly impacted by what we have told them we need. I have seen seversl updates tat were a direct response to issues I experienced which continually make the product better. The ability to customize the program to our own needs means that we also can often find work arounds that meet our needs even when the program doesn't actually have the feature we want. What do you dislike about CorityOne?

While the continued development and growth of the app is excellent, unless you have a full-time IT person dedicated to implementation, it can be challenging to keep up with all the additions. When we do experience problems like bugs, the response is quick, but the helpdesk staff doesn't always grasp the issue, which can lead to longer resolution times. What problems is CorityOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using one system for our safety, disability, and occupational health needs has allowed for significantly less work to reconcile information. The ability to tailor the system to our specific needs has led to more valuable and thorough incident reporting, which has resulted in an overall reduction in incidents and severity levels. In addition to that, our reporting has been simplified and it is significantly easier to equate data from all three areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customization is key"

What do you like best about CorityOne?

The customization and Business Intelligence are fantastic within Cority. The ability to generate reports and have them automatically go out to leadership make a lot of the services EHS provides run smoothly and easy. Unmatched customer service is a plus as well. What do you dislike about CorityOne?

Sometimes query building isn't intuitive, or asking for development changes includes waiting for the next version. These are minor compared to what I like about the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CorityOne:

Allow an open mind when looking at processes. Cority can make processes much faster and efficient, but only if the user is willing to change their structure of what they already have in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CorityOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sometimes my problems don't include the platform itself, but rather moving along projects outside of the platform, for instance, getting the right location tree uploaded to provide better data within the platform. The benefits are endless! Automatic reports, document repository, pictures with findings and actions, business rules to trigger actions...it makes it all so much easier to do our daily work.
