Recently, the note feature has been extremely tedious. There is lagging while typing the note, and the cursor will either disappear or not be able to be moved to where you need to move the cursor. Also, the blacking out while typing is extremely frustrating.

The experience my team has with Cority is as a previous regAction subscriber. We have found Cority to be much more difficult to use for waste management, forms, and permit compliance calendar. Our assigned "Customer Success" rep was out of touch and very slow to respond. There is not much in the way of user groups or sharing of "what others are doing". This has always been helpful in other platforms. The Environmental area of Cority needs a lot of work on both the development and customer implementation. Cority does a great job of separating its core application logic from our business logic. We're not locked into workflows that don't meet our business needs. We're able to replicate business processes and workflows through business rules and business rule actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cority does not handle images particularly well. In the safety domain, pictures really can be worth a thousand words. As we rely on end user submission of images, having the ability to classify and distribute images allows not only for greater learning opportunities, but greater acceptance of our safety platform by our employees.
