The platform is very broad so one software solution may be able to meet multiple needs. The help desk is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CorityOne? The experience my team has with Cority is as a previous regAction subscriber. We have found Cority to be much more difficult to use for waste management, forms, and permit compliance calendar. Our assigned "Customer Success" rep was out of touch and very slow to respond. There is not much in the way of user groups or sharing of "what others are doing". This has always been helpful in other platforms. The Environmental area of Cority needs a lot of work on both the development and customer implementation. Based on our experience I could not recommend this area of the Cority Platform.
