**What do you like best about CorityOne?**

CorityOne supplies more features than its former version (Actio) and the customer support is very swift and useful

**What do you dislike about CorityOne?**

Configuration is often a chore. It is more confusing to use and requires frequent changes, which often causes frustration with users at multiple sites

**What problems is CorityOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cority is working to update SDSs automatically

  ### 2. Billing Module Needs Major Improvement

**What do you like best about CorityOne?**

Easy to use.  The Medical modules make it easy to separate the different types of procedures and keep track of the records

**What do you dislike about CorityOne?**

The Billing module was added in last minute when my company purchased the software.  It does not meet all the billing needs.

**What problems is CorityOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now they are trying to update the billing module to meet the needs of the department and to try and stream line the billing process from start to finish

Very easy to accurately document, easy to track and communicate to Associates directly

**What do you dislike about CorityOne?**

some reporting features are not yet up to par.  The inability to run a fully custom report.
Logic for compliance requirements is a problem. The system is not built very well for TB and Respirator fit

**What problems is CorityOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking mandatory compliance requirements.

**What do you like best about CorityOne?**

The platform is very broad so one software solution may be able to meet multiple needs. The help desk is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about CorityOne?**

The experience my team has with Cority is as a previous regAction subscriber. We have found Cority to be much more difficult to use for waste management, forms, and permit compliance calendar. Our assigned "Customer Success" rep was out of touch and very slow to respond. There is not much in the way of user groups or sharing of "what others are doing". This has always been helpful in other platforms. The Environmental area of Cority needs a lot of work on both the development and customer implementation. Based on our experience I could not recommend this area of the Cority Platform.

**What problems is CorityOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Environmental compliance, reporting, waste management are the areas we've chosen to implement. Thus far the solution has fallen short of our expectations.
