Its capabilities and ease of use have really helped drive engagement from our end users. The setup process is great, and it's flexible enough that I've been able to customize the forms with code to make them perform better and look better. On top of that, the Corfix team has been incredibly helpful, and their ongoing feature rollout keeps enhancing the system in useful ways. The reporting and analytics side of things is also great overall. **What do you dislike about Corfix?** The certificate management area could use some improvements, such as providing a training matrix or automatic expiry entry for certain certificates, which would cut down on manual input. The reporting and analytics are great, but could tie in better with forms - sometimes you have to go back into a form to turn on "reportable" for certain components rather than it happening automatically. Binders could also be improved so they can be set up per project, which would make them more useful for our Project Management team. That said, these are pretty minor issues in the grand scheme of things. **What problems is Corfix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Corfix has helped us drive stronger engagement from our end users thanks to its ease of use and overall capabilities. Because the forms are configurable, we've been able to customize them with code so they perform and look better, which has made adoption easier across the team. The reporting and analytics functionality also gives us better visibility into the data being collected, so we can track performance more effectively than we could before. ### 2. Customer support continues to be one of the biggest selling points, with helpful insight from Mike and the team. **What do you dislike about Corfix?** One thing I’d say we could look to improve is the system’s ability to remember usernames, and perhaps also the option to upload photos while in offline mode. That said, these are minor points overall. **What problems is Corfix solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit is receiving the data in a more efficient manner and not having to chase down paperwork, along with the ability to use KPIs in the reporting feature to help make data-driven decisions. The other key improvement is the ability to take photos now, which really helps us. ### 3. Very helpful and expedient with assistance. I can email, chat, user guide or log an issue. Most issues are resolved immediately. If I need further training on a part of the application, I book time with my rep, and they give detailed and in depth training and are open to questions. **What do you dislike about Corfix?** There is some reporting I am not utilizing to its full potential, but it is not a Corfix issue. **What problems is Corfix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Corfix is assisting in ensuring our workers are compliant with filling out PSIs and other inspection forms. This is part of getting our COR certification. We also use it to store our equipment assets with any documents/inspection reports they come with. ### 4. Certifications is a great tool with the ability to provide a weekly report of what certifications are about to expire. Prompt and reliable service when questions or requests are submitted to our Corfix managing team. **What do you dislike about Corfix?** Honestly, there is nothing currently that stands out to dislike. Using the software and figuring out its differences is the hardest part so far. **What problems is Corfix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Corfix has changed wording on buttons in specific forms to match the verbiage of our audience in construction. More clear and direct so workers know if that is the button they should be selecting. The system would lock up when trying to sign some forms on a laptop but it would allow you to sign the form from your mobile device. ### 5. Recently in June this was corrected with AI summaries! ### 7.
