## CoreView Reviews
  ### 1. Coreview - Four Years later

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivam B. | Global Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

We are into our 4th year of using Coreview. We have seen our the product as evolved with the ever changing environment. Coreview has honestly made my administrative workload easier. From Security and Identity, license management and reporting to name a few examples. We use Coreview daily and with the simple GUI it easy to understand and integrate into our admin tasks.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

Just as all things you do encounter bugs when updates are rolled out but I have seen Coreview dealing with those bugs efficiently.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chargebacks, license management, delegation, monthly reports, and Governance are all valuable features. Governance, in particular, brings together aspects you might not have previously considered, offering a more comprehensive view. The Security and Identity reports are useful, and with the addition of Hybrid access, it's now possible to manage hybrid users from a single, centralized location.

  ### 2. Automation That Makes Bulk Tasks Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

automation, making life easier for me to be able to run bulk stuff

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

some very niche things like users with the same last name not generating account correctly but i was able to fix that with additional automation rules, so nothing really

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoreView has really helped us get better control over our Microsoft 365 environment. Before using it, we spent a lot of time manually tracking licenses, troubleshooting user issues, and trying to understand what was actually happening across our tenant. CoreView centralizes all of that, so now we can quickly see usage, optimize licenses, and automate routine admin tasks. It’s saving us time, reducing errors, and giving us much better visibility into our environment. Overall, it’s made our day‑to‑day management a lot smoother

  ### 3. Powerful Admin Automation, But Needs Faster Performance and Flexible Licensing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ifeoma E. | Operational Supervisor , Health, Wellness and Fitness, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

CoreView plays a pivotal role in helping administrators manage tasks, permissions, users accounts or even licenses to different tenants
Most of the admin tasks are fully optimized and automated, for instance, license assignments, user onboarding, tenant segmentations, and others
CoreView is also very compliance, where any security vulnerability and governance are dully enabled to improve on operations controls
CoreView supports both on premise or on cloud, ensuring that all tenants feel safe and comfortable

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

CoreView easily gets overwhelmed, where operations like details entering are slow and inefficient
The inflexibility in licensing discourages even the prospective buyers, and this can be managed by small changes

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoreView consolidates administrators to a single space, where they assign tasks, give permissions, share files, among other functions
The governance structure from CoreView is highly functional, ensuring that access is for the appropriate users and no risky delegations
The program connects with Microsoft 365, to efficiently manage and handle different automation processes
CoreView considers all tenants, where it operates on cloud and on premises, creating a successful business environment
We use CoreView to understand business risks and meticulously manage them to limit losses
