It has a user friendly User Interface, and all the buttons are very straigth forward to use. Number 1 reason we used CoreView is their Virtual Licensing feature, CoreView offer Virtual tenant function, which we can group each companies/ users into different "V-Tenants", then we can assign the needed license for them. Virtual tenant can also be managed by respective operators which shorten the time global admin need to manage the separate v tenant. Admin rights for users can also be limited so that each operator can have limited permission either to their virtual tenant, or to a groups of users only. Reporting function in CoreView is 1 of the best we have seen, you can generate the audit log by administrator, audit log in o365 tenant, licensing information, license calculator by just clicking onto the built in function. Whats more is we can have the report to be sent to us automatically by scheduling it. We can also using the Cost calculator in CoreView to charge back the licensing cost to each "Virtual tenant" owner. CoreView is a great tool and we have no regrets in moving to CoreView!! **What do you dislike about CoreView?** Some of the functionality is still limited as the vendor have not come out with the command, e.g. send as permission for distribution list, but can be solved by using custom command. Which is great as they will vet through the command first before approving it, and the approving period is less than 24 hours. **Recommendations to others considering CoreView:** If you are facing issues where you have many countries and has issues on delegating permission via O365, CoreView is the next to the closest thing you have to manage them via the Virtual tenant functions that they provide. **What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?** Virtual tenant is one of the main challenges we faced and with CoreView, this issue is easily solved. With coreview we can easily generate all the usage reporting and with the report we can easily forecast on the usage. The filtering on a reporting are the best part of the tools, it can extract the only required information. Besides the reporting functions, it also provides an easier way to perform a manual or PowerShell-based administrative actions. Licensing can be easily tracked and monitored. With the ease of tracking, we can easily forecast the purchase of license base on the license usage and this is actually helping in saving a lot cost for the company. It helped the organization to have a good control and manage Office365 access for our affiliates around the world.Its a powerful role-based access control tools. Coreview can synchronize with O365 tenant and gives you the possibility to manage it in more efficient way. Indeed you can find all the functionalities needed to administrate your mailboxes, groups, rooms, Teams, OneDrive, etc.. The global admin can easily delegate specific permissions to other administrators, and that is a great for medium-big companies. The dashboards are amazing, most interesting for us is the one of OneDrive. **What do you dislike about CoreView?** It's difficult to say that there is something which I really dont like. It is so simple that can be managed even from user without an IT background. It was also very easy to implement, it didn't take much time, in one month everything was already up and running. A plus is the possibility to generate reports about all the products used by our end users. **What do you dislike about CoreView?** So far we cannot tell that there is something we dont like. The most important feature is surely the possibility to manage mailboxes, editing them, managing permission, assigning licenses, etc. Basically everything needed for administrators. The permissions can be delegated, which is amazing for us. In general it is a great tool, full of functionalities. **What do you dislike about CoreView?** There is nothing which I dislike. The tool covers exactly our needs. It provides all the functionalities needed for managing the O365 accounts, shared maiboxes, Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive. User friendly, easy to setup and to administrate. Very quick to access and much more intuitive than the 0365 portal. Absolutely recommended for medium-big size companies. **What do you dislike about CoreView?** I would like to have a manual that I can share with all the administrator worldwide in different languages, including Chinese. **Recommendations to others considering CoreView:** Contact the support when you need. Dont try yourself, can create big problems later on. **What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?** All the problems we had in the past with 0365 are now solved. All the permissions are delegate to separate groups of admins. The portal is very well organized and user-friendly. It's very easy and secure to delegate the appropriate permissions to each group of users. Most of O36 permissions are properly delegated with basically zero-risk. **What do you dislike about CoreView?** It would useful to have a short guidebook for the portal that new administrators can use. It's lovely that anytime the chat support is avalable and can help you with any question. Coreview is substituting the admin center of O365 in a very efficient way, without downtime and with strict rules for the delegation of permissions. **What do you dislike about CoreView?** Sometimes it needs to wait a little bit for the synchronization between O365 server and CoreView. It can take up to 20 minutes, but this is something that we can bear. **Recommendations to others considering CoreView:** Just take it, you wont regret! **What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?** All the permissions are currently delegated to the right groups of IT administrator. Each location has its own group and this is fantastic. This is solving almost our security issues we had in the past. It's amazing because it permits to do exact the same things as you are working directly on O365 Admin center. I would say it's even better as it offer quicker functionalities and the possibility to delegate the permissions. Very easy to filter and see more data. **What do you dislike about CoreView?** Seems to have issues with very large tenants and updating accurately (200k+ users). It's quite easy to setup and to use for most of administrative tasks on Microsoft Exchange. We can manage easily mailboxes, groups, resources, contacts, shared mailboxes, etc. Thanks to it all the permissions are properly assigned to right group of administrators. **What do you dislike about CoreView?** Unfortunately the audit part goes with a more expensive subscription. **What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basically all the administrative tasks are done in CoreView by our admins. We could immediately see so many apps and the people using them. **What do you dislike about CoreView?** Not sure if it's a dislike, but there is still some work expected of me to finish getting payment and other detailed information into the app. That's something me and a few people on the team want but won't prioritize immediately. However, the integration with our expense system covered a fair amount of that data anyway, just not all of it. **Recommendations to others considering CoreView:** Work with the support team and let them help you!
