The ease of entering elements and the clarity of the main menus

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

Too many submenus. It would be necessary to group certain things so that the whole is clearer.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

He resolves all the basic input issues concerning the M65 console. However, it lacks more complex features.

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

It's simplicity. The amount of time saved trying to create the reports for review is great, let alone the ease of resolution with automated functionality. It's been a great assistant in ensuring the security of accounts and no over-licensing.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

The tricky Hybrid setup. If you are in a hybrid environment, my suggestion is to have CoreView do the implementation.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Licensing and delinquent accounts. From a security and financial point of view, it's been a lifesaver.

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

CoreView's automation capabilities are top-notch. The custom actions, workflows, and playbooks have really streamlined our IT processes. We’ve saved a lot of time and reduced manual effort thanks to these features or . Integration of REST API. Creating and automating complex workflows has been a game-changer for our team. Plus, the customer support is fantastic. They’re always available to help and provide quick, effective solutions to any issues we encounter.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

While the automation features are great, the initial setup can be a bit challenging, especially if hybrid environment. Some of the advanced automation capabilities require a bit of a learning curve and adding new features is sometimes very slow.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation, indeed, the best feature on top of builtin actions.

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

What I find best about Coreview would be how easy it is for all users to use, no matter the skill level need. Coreview has become a staple within our infrastructure, as this has been integral in making our active directory use seemless.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

The only con of using Coreview would be needing to find where work flows fail and how to read that information and such. Sometimes its hard to figure out where the issue is occuring, which makes resolution difficult. Instances are few however.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coreview is allowing our company to have basic system administrator responsibilities without the need for full admin access. This has helped with the time in which we resolve tickets.

The ability to manage most of our shared mailboxes and DLs.

The changes to the UI sometimes makes it harder to find what I was used to be in a different area.

Not needing PowerShell to make all changes.

A bit complicated on certain occasions. Very powerful, but sometimes lacks an intuitive approach, with multiple paths to get the job done, but sometimes not with the same interface that doesn't always offer the opportunity to do what needs to be done.

Help me assist users with their password and two-factor authentication, access, and track the path of emails in specific situations.

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

CoreView is a powerful tool for organizations looking to optimize their Microsoft 365 environment. For medium to large enterprises, CoreView can be an excellent choice to maximize the benefits of their Microsoft 365 deployment.

Custom actions need to be reviewed by CoreView, this can take some time. Another thing is that the extensive feature set might be overwhelming for smaller organizations

The platform supports automation of routine administrative tasks such as user provisioning, license management, and policy enforcement. This reduces the burden on IT staff and minimizes the risk of human error.

This may be configurable, but I would like sometimes a custom Dashboard based on what I want / need to look at it - it's at 1 click vs having to do a bit of digging to find the data I want.

It does provide many function to manage Microsoft 365. The best part of CoreView is it can consolidate all administration in Single Portal. I use coreview all the time to Manage Microsoft 365.

So far I don't think there is anything I dislike about Coreview.

CoreView helps to conolidate all administration into a single portal. It also helps to manage all Microsoft 365 license. optimize task and generate reports.

Coreview is an easy to use Microsoft 365 license and governance management tool. We use CoreView for managing licenses and governance for our MSP and CSP customers.  Coreview provides us with key reports on license usage and governance that we

The amount of data can be overwhelming. Connecting Coreview to a client's environment can be cumbersome. The interface requires some additional navigation for report running and finding metrics.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coreview helps us report on our MSP / CSP Client environments and how they are utliizing their licenses in M365. CoreView also helps us with management of our clients' environments by reporting on governance settings.

Single view and management capabilities for both AAD and AD objects
The ability to create custom actions in addition to default management actions on AAD/AD objects
The ability to give non-admin users access to M365 admin tasks  without elevating their rights on our AAD tenant
The ability to chat with a Support team that knows their stuff
Monthly deep-dive community meetings

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

Very slow action and minimal to no feedback on the items proposed in their UserVoice community, some that have been there for years.
Some UI quirks and bugs that we cannot seem to overcome
CoreView documentation portal could use some filling out.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to write custom scripts that hit both AD and AAD is a great help
The scheduled report feature lets us view needed information even if we don't log into the UI

The workflow tool is really powerful to automate processes

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

I think more actions regarding Teams Voice are missing, and we cannot use them in workflows

For me the most useful items in CoreView are RBAC, Virtual tenants and workflows. 
You can become more productive and have more security

The possibility to lead M365 activity around each workload of M365 perimeter including Sharepoint, Teams telephony.
The ability to build personal dashboards along functionnal & economical point of view.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

At the beginning, it could be a huge economical cost for any middle enterprise to purchase the product but using different examples feedback from customer will be the key to convince the top management.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regarding M365 licenses, CoreView has been able to find our different cost center per Region. With virtualization tenant, it's been more convenient to help our local IT to ensure a better quality of service with lower prices.

CoreView brings much-needed report visibility, control, and configuration management to the world of O365. Allowing for deeper analysis, process alignment, and admin enablement.

The capabilities of CoreView are largely unmatched. However, some shortcomings in defining v-tenants and licensing pools can reduce the agility of an otherwise well-conceived tool.

Sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes to load or generate some password and account creation, though it is not like everytime.

You don't have to be trained deeply just to understand the process in coreview,  just navigate and you will learn it.

Lots of options available to use. Ease of navigation

Really slow, often "jammed" with simple operations taking hours to complete. Information take time to refresh even though a change was made on an account.

It's a graphic way of doing Powershell stuff, albeit way slower.

**What do you like best about CoreView?**

Ability to see helpful data on the tenant without having to develop my own PowerShell scripts to pull myself.
Very easy to filter and see more data.

**What do you dislike about CoreView?**

Seems to have issues with very large tenants and updating accurately (200k+ users). Also its confusing how which reports I can perform certain actions on and how Teams and O365 are separate although each Team is a group and it hangs when deleting a Team but not a O365 group.

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding Office 365 Groups without any members and owners
Finding those who need to have Online Archiving
Managing licensing

Worked with the vendor for the past 2 year. Sales and technical support are very responsive. Adopted Coreview due to it features for license assignment and O365 control without actual assigning of permission in O365 portal."

nothing much to dislike as most of the features are what we looking for

**Recommendations to others considering CoreView:**

not a useful tools if it is across multi tenant with different administrator

**What problems is CoreView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adopted Coreview due to it features for license assignment and O365 control without actual assigning of permission in O365 portal.
