Engineers can work offline in the field, capturing photo evidence against individual asst records as they go, with everything syncing automatically once they're back online. CheckedOK has over 24,600 users (including engineers, administrators and customers), who between them have recorded over 38 million inspections across more than 577,000 sites and 16 industries. The platform supports inspections under UK statutory frameworks including LOLER and PUWER, alongside equivalent regulations used by compliance and inspection teams internationally. Customers operate across four continents, covering equipment from lifting gear and access platforms through to PPE and production machinery. CheckedOK is available in more than 30 languages. Assets can be identified using RFID tags, NFC or QR codes, providing instant access to the item's entire history with a single tap.
