Overall it's a rather complex system that takes a long time for anybody to master. Availability of CoreMedia developers and experts might be scarce (depending on country). Customizing some parts of the product e.g. CoreMedia Studio (the content editing tool) can be difficult simply due to the high level of complexity. What I enjoy teh most about coremedia is its ease of use. For someone who is not from a tech background, it is straight forward and logical to use. No frills.
