**What do you like best about Cotality HPI and HPI Forecasts?**

Corelogic offers a suite of different products with varying quality. I like the intentions they have with several of their tools, they give you valuable insights into the market.

**What do you dislike about Cotality HPI and HPI Forecasts?**

Corelogic seems to rush some products out too fast or they have poor support with them relatively quickly. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cotality HPI and HPI Forecasts:**

Make sure the product you are investing in is fully operational before you commit. They do have some quality products, but not everything is. 

**What problems is Cotality HPI and HPI Forecasts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use some of the housing market tools on the HPI but we also use some of their other services through MLS.
