I like the intentions they have with several of their tools, they give you valuable insights into the market. **What do you dislike about Cotality HPI and HPI Forecasts?** Corelogic seems to rush some products out too fast or they have poor support with them relatively quickly. **Recommendations to others considering Cotality HPI and HPI Forecasts:** Make sure the product you are investing in is fully operational before you commit. They do have some quality products, but not everything is. **What problems is Cotality HPI and HPI Forecasts solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use some of the housing market tools on the HPI but we also use some of their other services through MLS. ### 2. It was fairly intuitive interns of short functions while still offering a lot of different options for customization when it came to searches. There are a lot of interactive training videos available as well. **What do you dislike about Cotality HPI and HPI Forecasts?** While training videos are available, currently I'm not sure if they were provided by our local MLS chapter or from a corporate training perspective. I would like to see more information to tutorials and "how-to's" be more readily available. Once you know what you're looking for it is easy to navigate.
